以粉煤灰為原料采用兩步法制備高純度ZSM-5型沸石的研究

【摘要】:采用經(jīng)堿熔融-離心提取處理后的粉煤灰為原料,經(jīng)水熱反應(yīng)研究?jī)刹椒ê铣筛呒兌萙SM-5型沸石的過(guò)程,探討了堿灰比、焙燒溫度對(duì)硅鋁溶出量的影響,研究了堿度、晶化時(shí)間、晶化溫度與硅鋁比對(duì)合成ZSM-5型沸石的影響。結(jié)果表明:堿灰比為2.3∶1,焙燒溫度為680℃時(shí)可獲得最高的硅鋁溶出量;當(dāng)SiO_2/Na_2O=7(摩爾比),SiO_2/Al_2O_3=45(摩爾比),晶化時(shí)間為68 h,晶化溫度為180℃時(shí)可獲得高純度的ZSM-5型沸石。
[Abstract]:High purity ZSM-5 zeolite was synthesized by hydrothermal reaction with fly ash extracted by alkali melt and centrifugation. The effects of alkali / fly ash ratio and calcination temperature on the dissolution amount of silicon and aluminum were discussed. The alkalinity and crystallization time were studied. Effect of crystallization temperature and Si / Al ratio on synthesis of ZSM-5 zeolite. The results show that the highest amount of dissolution of Si-Al can be obtained when the ratio of alkali to cement is 2.3: 1 and the calcination temperature is 680 鈩,
