【摘要】：法治思維是輔導(dǎo)員開展學(xué)生事務(wù)工作必須養(yǎng)成的思維方式,不僅關(guān)系到依法治校的落實(shí),也關(guān)系到學(xué)生權(quán)益的保護(hù)和實(shí)現(xiàn)。輔導(dǎo)員法治思維應(yīng)在法律優(yōu)先和公平正義的原則下,涵蓋法律至上觀念、程序正義觀念和權(quán)利義務(wù)觀念。輔導(dǎo)員法治思維的養(yǎng)成并非一蹴而就,而是需要頂層設(shè)計(jì)和基層落實(shí),通過(guò)改善高校法治環(huán)境、普及知識(shí)培訓(xùn)和開展案例教學(xué)等方面來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The thinking of rule by law is the way of thinking that counselors must develop in carrying out student affairs. It is not only related to the implementation of running schools according to law, but also related to the protection and realization of students' rights and interests. Under the principle of law priority and fair justice, counselors' thinking of rule of law should include the concept of law supremacy, procedural justice and rights and obligations. The cultivation of counselors' thinking of rule of law is not accomplished overnight, but requires top-level design and grass-roots implementation, which can be realized by improving the environment of rule of law in colleges and universities, popularizing knowledge training and carrying out case teaching and so on.
