高校法治教育運(yùn)行機(jī)制的研究

【摘要】:高校法治教育是思想道德教育的重要組成部分,建立一個(gè)良好的高校法治教育運(yùn)行機(jī)制保證了法治教育的有效實(shí)施。 本文基于高校法治教育運(yùn)行機(jī)制的概念和涵義,從建立高校法治教育運(yùn)行機(jī)制的重要性和目的出發(fā),通過調(diào)查分析,闡述了我國高校法治教育的背景,目前存在的問題,并作出了相關(guān)的原因分析,并提出了建立和完善我國高校法治教育運(yùn)行機(jī)制的設(shè)想。本論文主要包括以下幾個(gè)方面,分別是研究的背景和意義,我國高校法治教育運(yùn)行機(jī)制的基本概述,當(dāng)前我國高校法治教育的問題分析以及構(gòu)建我國高校法治教育運(yùn)行機(jī)制的設(shè)想。 首先,,高校法治教育運(yùn)行機(jī)制這個(gè)課題的提出。本章節(jié)闡述了關(guān)于高校法治教育運(yùn)行機(jī)制研究的背景,研究的目的和意義,再通過國內(nèi)外法治教育的比較,為更好的把握我國法治教育的現(xiàn)狀和規(guī)律提供了背景基礎(chǔ)。 第二,高校法治教育運(yùn)行機(jī)制的基本概述。本章節(jié)分為兩個(gè)部分,第一部分是高校法治教育運(yùn)行機(jī)制的涵義,包括“機(jī)制”的來源與涵義,運(yùn)行機(jī)制的定義,高校法治教育的涵義。第二部分是高校法治教育運(yùn)行機(jī)制的性質(zhì)和功能。這一部分為本文提供了理論基礎(chǔ)。 第三,當(dāng)前我國高校法治教育的問題分析。這一章節(jié)包括三方面內(nèi)容,首先是關(guān)于高校法治教育運(yùn)行機(jī)制的問卷調(diào)查,再結(jié)合調(diào)查結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析總結(jié),論述了當(dāng)前我國高校法治教育的所存在的問題,最后再對所存在的問題進(jìn)行了原因分析。 最后,建立和完善我國高校法治教育運(yùn)行機(jī)制的設(shè)想。本章節(jié)主要分為兩個(gè)方面,一是構(gòu)建我國法治教育運(yùn)行機(jī)制的目標(biāo)和基本思路,論述了構(gòu)建我國高校法治教育運(yùn)行機(jī)制所要遵循的原則和規(guī)律,并提出了構(gòu)建我國高校法治教育運(yùn)行機(jī)制的基本架構(gòu)。二是建立和完善我國高校法治教育運(yùn)行機(jī)制當(dāng)前應(yīng)采取的主要措施,主要有:對法治教育進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)確的定位;提高高校管理層的法律意識(shí),建設(shè)好領(lǐng)導(dǎo)管理機(jī)制;改進(jìn)教學(xué)方法,豐富課堂教學(xué)機(jī)制;提高教師素質(zhì),打造全員育人的育人機(jī)制;普及法律宣傳,構(gòu)建和諧文明的校園文化機(jī)制;改革考核方法,完善評估機(jī)制;規(guī)范保障制度,建立健全高校法治教育的保障機(jī)制,保證高校法治教育運(yùn)行機(jī)制的高效運(yùn)行。
[Abstract]:The rule of law education in colleges and universities is an important part of the ideological and moral education. The establishment of a good operating mechanism of the rule of law education in colleges and universities ensures the effective implementation of the rule of law education. Based on the concept and meaning of the operational mechanism of the rule of law education in colleges and universities, this paper, proceeding from the importance and purpose of establishing the running mechanism of the education of the rule of law in colleges and universities, through investigation and analysis, expounds the background and existing problems of the rule of law education in colleges and universities in our country. The related reasons are analyzed, and the assumption of establishing and perfecting the running mechanism of the rule of law education in colleges and universities in China is put forward. This paper mainly includes the following aspects, respectively, the background and significance of the research, the basic overview of the operational mechanism of the rule of law education in colleges and universities in China. This paper analyzes the problems of the rule of law education in colleges and universities in our country and the assumption of constructing the running mechanism of the rule of law education in colleges and universities. First of all, the running mechanism of rule of law education in colleges and universities is put forward. This chapter expounds the background, purpose and significance of the research on the operational mechanism of the rule of law education in colleges and universities, and provides the background basis for better understanding the present situation and the law of the rule of law education in our country through the comparison of the rule of law education at home and abroad. Second, the basic outline of the running mechanism of the rule of law education in colleges and universities. This chapter is divided into two parts, the first part is the meaning of the operational mechanism of the university rule of law education, including the source and meaning of "mechanism", the definition of the operational mechanism, and the meaning of the university rule of law education. The second part is the nature and function of the running mechanism of the rule of law education in colleges and universities. This part provides the theoretical basis for this article. Third, the analysis of the current problems of the rule of law education in colleges and universities in China. This chapter includes three aspects: first of all, a questionnaire survey on the operational mechanism of the rule of law education in colleges and universities, and then an analysis and summary of the results of the investigation, discussed the current problems of the rule of law education in colleges and universities in China. Finally, the causes of the existing problems are analyzed. Finally, the establishment and improvement of the rule of law education in China's colleges and universities operating mechanism. This chapter is mainly divided into two aspects: the first is the goal and basic thinking of constructing the running mechanism of the rule of law education in our country, and discusses the principles and laws to be followed in the construction of the running mechanism of the rule of law education in colleges and universities of our country. And put forward the basic structure of constructing the running mechanism of the rule of law education in colleges and universities of our country. Second, the main measures to be taken to establish and perfect the running mechanism of the rule of law education in colleges and universities are as follows: accurate positioning of the rule of law education, raising the legal consciousness of the management of colleges and universities, building a good leadership management mechanism, improving the teaching methods, Enrich the classroom teaching mechanism; improve the quality of teachers to create the education mechanism of the whole staff; popularize the legal publicity, build a harmonious and civilized campus cultural mechanism; reform the assessment method, perfect the evaluation mechanism; standardize the security system, To establish and perfect the guarantee mechanism of the rule of law education in colleges and universities, to ensure the efficient operation of the running mechanism of the rule of law education in colleges and universities.
