三水碳酸鎂法制備堿式碳酸鎂過程研究

【摘要】:以菱鎂礦為原料,先合成MgCO_3·3H_2O晶須,并以此為前驅體,制備了高純414型堿式碳酸鎂,主要研究機械攪拌作用對結晶過程的影響。利用X射線衍射(XRD)和掃描電鏡(SEM)分析了堿式碳酸鎂物相組成及微觀形貌。結果表明,攪拌有助于加快相轉變進程,熱解溫度70℃,攪拌作用下,60 min時,MgCO_3·3H_2O全部轉變?yōu)樾蚊簿鶆虻亩嗫装魻?MgCO_3·Mg(OH)_2·4H_2O;而無攪拌作用下,90 min時MgCO_3·3H_2O全部轉變?yōu)槎嗫酌倒寤?MgCO_3·Mg(OH)_2·4H_2O微球。4MgCO_3·Mg(OH)_2·4H_2O晶體中,Mg~(2+)呈現(xiàn)兩種不同的正八面體配位,MgO_6正八面體通過共頂點和共棱的方式連接而成,分別沿[100]和[001]方向快速生長,最終形成球狀或棒狀形貌。
[Abstract]:Using magnesite as raw material, MgCO_3 3H_2O whisker was synthesized and used as precursor to prepare high purity 414-basic magnesium carbonate. The effect of mechanical stirring on crystallization process was studied. The phase composition and microstructure of basic magnesium carbonate were analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).
