【摘要】：正互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的交互性、多樣性和開放性等優(yōu)勢(shì),使其成為公民知情、政治參與和民主監(jiān)督的重要渠道。當(dāng)前,要充分利用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù),搭建網(wǎng)絡(luò)協(xié)商平臺(tái),憑借網(wǎng)絡(luò)政治參與的多元載體,改善政協(xié)民主監(jiān)督的現(xiàn)實(shí)條件,加強(qiáng)政協(xié)民主監(jiān)督建設(shè),對(duì)推進(jìn)國家治理能力現(xiàn)代化具有重要作用。一、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)對(duì)政協(xié)民主監(jiān)督的作用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代,網(wǎng)絡(luò)憑借交互性、多樣性和開放性等傳播優(yōu)勢(shì),日益發(fā)展為民意表達(dá)的重要平臺(tái)。當(dāng)前,要充分利用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù),調(diào)動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)政治參與的積極因素,
[Abstract]:The interactivity, diversity and openness of the Internet make it an important channel for citizens to know, participate in politics and supervise democracy. At present, it is necessary to make full use of Internet technology, build a network consultation platform, rely on the multi-carrier of network political participation, improve the realistic conditions for democratic supervision of the CPPCC, and strengthen the construction of democratic supervision of the CPPCC. To promote the modernization of national governance capacity has an important role. First, the role of the Internet in the democratic supervision of the CPPCC. In the era of the Internet, with the advantages of interactivity, diversity and openness, the Internet has increasingly developed into an important platform for the expression of public opinion.
