【摘要】： 社會(huì)民主主義與科學(xué)社會(huì)主義同出一脈,但卻走上了完全不同的道路。其發(fā)展經(jīng)歷了社會(huì)民主主義——民主社會(huì)主義——社會(huì)民主主義的曲折過程。社會(huì)民主主義作為一種制度,一種社會(huì)價(jià)值,一種目標(biāo),已經(jīng)成為歐洲政治舞臺上的一支重要力量。我們研究社會(huì)民主主義的發(fā)展過程,包括取得的成績、實(shí)施的方針政策、遇到的困難與問題等,有利于我們更清楚地認(rèn)識社會(huì)民主主義的本質(zhì),與它劃清界限,堅(jiān)定建設(shè)中國特色社會(huì)主義社會(huì)的決心。 本論文討論了社會(huì)民主主義概念的發(fā)展軌跡,研究了社會(huì)民主主義的基本情況及其最突出的特點(diǎn),并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了一些我們在社會(huì)主義政治文明建設(shè)中值得借鑒的方面。 本論文的第一部分,從社會(huì)民主主義的發(fā)展與內(nèi)涵入手,力圖從社會(huì)民主主義的發(fā)展軌跡中尋找其發(fā)展原因,并從時(shí)代背景角度辨析了社會(huì)民主主義與民主社會(huì)主義的概念有什么不同。第二部分是從正反兩個(gè)方面,討論了社會(huì)民主主義的三個(gè)重要特點(diǎn),即政治上的多元主義,經(jīng)濟(jì)上的混合經(jīng)濟(jì)與福利國家以及施政手段上的凱恩斯主義。第三部分從我國建設(shè)中國特色社會(huì)主義政治文明角度,探索了為什么中國不能搞社會(huì)民主主義,并客觀地提出了一些借鑒社會(huì)民主主義有益方面,以促進(jìn)政治文明建設(shè)。本論文最后總結(jié)了選擇社會(huì)民主主義作研究課題的意義。 社會(huì)民主主義的本質(zhì)是一種資本的改良主義,是資本主義“頭痛醫(yī)頭,腳痛醫(yī)腳”的方法和手段。雖然社會(huì)民主主義在歐洲的不少國家進(jìn)行了積極實(shí)踐,并獲得了一些成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),但是不適合中國國情�！吨泄仓醒腙P(guān)于加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)新形勢下黨的建設(shè)若干重大問題的決定》提出的重要任務(wù)就是“自覺劃清中國特色社會(huì)主義民主同西方資本主義民主的界限�！敝袊幱诟母锇l(fā)展的轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期,我們已經(jīng)取得了中國特色社會(huì)主義建設(shè)的巨大成就,我們?nèi)匀灰獔?jiān)持走自己的路,堅(jiān)持共產(chǎn)黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、堅(jiān)持社會(huì)主義制度,推進(jìn)社會(huì)主義民主健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Social democracy shares the same vein with scientific socialism, but it is on a completely different path. Its development has experienced the tortuous process of social democracy-democratic socialism-social democracy. As an institution, a social value and a goal, social democracy has become an important force on the European political stage. Our study of the development process of social democracy, including the achievements achieved, the principles and policies implemented, the difficulties and problems encountered, and so on, will help us understand more clearly the essence of social democracy and draw a clear line from it. We are determined to build a socialist society with Chinese characteristics. This paper discusses the development track of the concept of social democracy, studies the basic situation of social democracy and its most prominent characteristics, and puts forward some aspects that we should learn from in the construction of socialist political civilization. The first part of this paper, starting with the development and connotation of social democracy, tries to find out the reasons for the development of social democracy. And from the point of view of the background of the times, it analyzes the difference between the concept of social democracy and democratic socialism. The second part discusses the three important characteristics of social democracy from the positive and negative aspects, that is, political pluralism, mixed economic and welfare state, and Keynesianism. In the third part, from the angle of constructing socialist political civilization with Chinese characteristics, the author explores why China can't build social democracy, and objectively puts forward some beneficial aspects of social democracy in order to promote the construction of political civilization. Finally, this paper summarizes the significance of choosing social democracy as a research topic. The essence of social democracy is a kind of capital reformism, which is the method and means of capitalism. Although social democracy has carried out positive practices and gained some successful experiences in many countries in Europe, But it is not suitable for China's national conditions. The important task put forward in the decision of the CPC Central Committee on strengthening and improving Party Building under the New situation is to "consciously draw a clear line between socialist democracy with Chinese characteristics and western capitalist democracy." China is undergoing a period of transformation in reform and development, and we have made great achievements in building socialism with Chinese characteristics. We still have to stick to our own path, adhere to the leadership of the Communist Party, and adhere to the socialist system. We will promote the healthy development of socialist democracy.
