【摘要】：由于受各種歷史和現(xiàn)實因素的影響,國家法治建設起步較晚,相對落后,但隨著社會發(fā)展及改革的需要,法治建設越來越受到重視,建設現(xiàn)代法治國家成為必然趨勢。然而,法治由現(xiàn)實社會承載并面對傳統(tǒng)與現(xiàn)代交織的環(huán)境,現(xiàn)代法治與現(xiàn)實延續(xù)的傳統(tǒng)社會風氣間的關系處理無法回避,兩者彼此間既存在碰撞也存在相互交融的可能。
[Abstract]:Due to the influence of various historical and realistic factors, the construction of the rule of law in a country starts late and is relatively backward. However, with the development of society and the need of reform, the construction of the rule of law is paid more and more attention to, and the construction of a modern country ruled by law has become an inevitable trend.However, the rule of law is carried by the real society and faces the intertwined environment of tradition and modernity. The relationship between the modern rule of law and the traditional social atmosphere that the reality continues cannot be avoided.
