【摘要】：改革開放四十年來(lái),中國(guó)法治事件報(bào)道始終伴隨著中國(guó)法治建設(shè)的進(jìn)程,媒體在傳播法治理念、報(bào)道法治事件、推進(jìn)國(guó)家法治建設(shè)方面取得了巨大的成就。然而,由于媒體在法治報(bào)道方面專業(yè)化程度不高,導(dǎo)致了一些熱點(diǎn)法治事件在報(bào)道中偏離了客觀、真實(shí)的軌道,擾亂了社會(huì)秩序,也歪曲了司法的公正和權(quán)威。文章將在敘事學(xué)的語(yǔ)境下,通過(guò)對(duì)熱點(diǎn)法治事件報(bào)道的深入分析,從敘事視角、敘事立場(chǎng)、敘事語(yǔ)言、意識(shí)形態(tài)等角度探討媒體在報(bào)道熱點(diǎn)法治事件時(shí)應(yīng)具備的技術(shù)和藝術(shù),從而提升媒體法治新聞的敘事能力,為熱點(diǎn)法治事件報(bào)道提供更好的實(shí)踐策略。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up forty years ago, the report on the rule of law in China has always been accompanied by the process of the construction of the rule of law in China.However, due to the lack of specialization in the media reporting on the rule of law, some hot events of the rule of law deviate from the objective and real track in the reporting, which disturbs the social order and distorts the justice and authority of the judiciary.In the context of narratology, through the in-depth analysis of the coverage of hot events of rule of law, this paper discusses the technology and art that the media should possess when reporting hot events of rule of law from the perspectives of narrative perspective, narrative position, narrative language, ideology, etc.In order to improve the narrative ability of media news about rule of law and provide better practical strategy for hot events of rule of law.
