配煤法制備蜂窩狀活性炭工藝的研究

【摘要】: 蜂窩狀活性炭作為一種新型炭材料,整合了活性炭和蜂窩結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)點(diǎn),其比表面積高、孔結(jié)構(gòu)可控,且壓降低、空隙率高,在氣體吸附、儲(chǔ)存以及催化領(lǐng)域有著廣泛的應(yīng)用前景。 本論文首次將配煤法用于蜂窩狀活性炭的制備工藝中,具體方法是:以兩種煤(一種為粘結(jié)性煤)為主要原料,添加適當(dāng)?shù)牡蜏卣辰Y(jié)劑和水,通過(guò)混合、捏合、練泥、擠出成型、微波干燥、炭化、活化等工序制備出蜂窩狀活性炭。由于粘結(jié)性煤在炭化過(guò)程中能生成大量煤焦油,起到高溫粘結(jié)劑的作用,從而避免了高溫粘結(jié)劑的使用,降低了生產(chǎn)成本,簡(jiǎn)化了生產(chǎn)工藝。本文采用機(jī)械強(qiáng)度測(cè)試、熱重分析、N2吸附等分析方法,系統(tǒng)地研究了配煤法對(duì)蜂窩狀活性炭機(jī)械強(qiáng)度、孔隙結(jié)構(gòu)的影響,較全面地考察了制備工藝對(duì)蜂窩狀活性炭性能的影響,最后將蜂窩狀活性炭用于煙氣脫硝實(shí)驗(yàn),討論此法制得的蜂窩狀活性炭用于煙氣脫硝的可行性,主要結(jié)果如下: 1.水分的添加量對(duì)蜂窩體的擠出成型存在較大的影響。在外加水量適當(dāng)時(shí),煤粉泥料的可塑度有最小值,這時(shí)可塑性最強(qiáng)。當(dāng)外加入CMC質(zhì)量比例為5 wt%時(shí),這時(shí)煤粉泥料合適的外加水量為35-40wt%。 2.煤粉的混合有利于蜂窩體的炭化�;烀耗軌蚴沟肅MC的炭化過(guò)程提前,降低了CMC的炭化溫度�;烀鹤璧K了趙各莊煤揮發(fā)分的釋放,減小了趙各莊煤的失重量。 3.為了使得蜂窩體在炭化過(guò)程以后仍然能夠保持結(jié)構(gòu)的完整,就需要有適量的煤焦油在炭化過(guò)程中起到高溫粘結(jié)劑的作用。在本研究中,至少需要2.1wt%的煤焦油,才能使得炭化以后蜂窩體的結(jié)構(gòu)完整,沒(méi)有發(fā)生開(kāi)裂,坍塌等情況。 4.原料煤粉的配比對(duì)于蜂窩狀活性炭的機(jī)械強(qiáng)度以及孔隙結(jié)構(gòu)有較大的影響。原料煤配比中趙各莊煤越多,蜂窩狀活性炭的機(jī)械強(qiáng)度越高;太西煤越多,蜂窩狀活性炭的孔隙越豐富,所制備的脫硝催化劑活性也越好。
[Abstract]:As a new type of carbon material, honeycomb activated carbon integrates the advantages of activated carbon and honeycomb structure, its specific surface area is high, the pore structure is controllable, the pressure is reduced, the porosity is high, and it is adsorbed in gas.Storage and catalysis have a wide range of applications.In this paper, the coal blending method is used in the preparation of honeycomb activated carbon for the first time. The specific methods are as follows: using two kinds of coal (one as caking coal) as main raw material, adding proper low temperature binder and water, mixing, kneading, scouring mud,Honeycomb activated carbon was prepared by extrusion molding, microwave drying, carbonization and activation.Because the caking coal can produce a large amount of coal tar in the carbonization process, it acts as a high temperature binder, thus avoiding the use of high temperature binder, reducing the production cost and simplifying the production process.In this paper, the influence of coal blending method on mechanical strength and pore structure of honeycomb activated carbon was systematically studied by means of mechanical strength test and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), and the effect of preparation process on properties of honeycomb activated carbon was investigated.Finally, the honeycomb activated carbon was used in the flue gas denitrification experiment, and the feasibility of the honeycomb activated carbon for flue gas denitrification was discussed. The main results were as follows:1.The amount of water added has a great influence on the extrusion molding of honeycomb.When the amount of added water is appropriate, the plasticity of pulverized coal slurry is the lowest, and the plasticity is the strongest.When the mass ratio of CMC is 5 wt%, the proper amount of water applied to the pulverized coal slurry is 35-40 wt.2.The mixing of pulverized coal is beneficial to the carbonization of honeycomb.Blending coal can advance the carbonization process of CMC and lower the carbonization temperature of CMC.Mixed coal hinders the release of volatile matter and reduces the weight loss of Zhaogezhuang coal.3.In order to keep the structure of honeycomb body intact after carbonization, it is necessary to have a proper amount of coal tar to act as a high temperature binder in the carbonization process.In this study, at least 2.1 wt% of coal tar is needed in order to make the structure of the honeycomb after carbonization complete, without cracking and collapse.4.The ratio of raw coal powder has great influence on the mechanical strength and pore structure of honeycomb activated carbon.The more Zhaogezhuang coal in raw coal ratio, the higher the mechanical strength of honeycomb activated carbon, and the more Taixi coal, the richer the pores of honeycomb activated carbon, and the better the activity of denitrification catalyst prepared.
