【摘要】：習近平針對網(wǎng)絡(luò)時代突出問題,高度重視互聯(lián)網(wǎng)法治建設(shè),強調(diào)在認識和把握互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展規(guī)律的基礎(chǔ)上,推動各項工作創(chuàng)新,全面推進網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間法治化,維護網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全和國家根本利益。習近平互聯(lián)網(wǎng)法治思想既突出互聯(lián)網(wǎng)法治建設(shè)的重點和主要任務(wù),又強調(diào)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)法治建設(shè)的全面性和系統(tǒng)性。互聯(lián)網(wǎng)法治建設(shè)關(guān)鍵有兩點,一是要求全面規(guī)劃,重點推進,二是要求互聯(lián)網(wǎng)法治建設(shè)實現(xiàn)全覆蓋,各方都要遵守法律。
[Abstract]:In view of the outstanding problems in the network age, Xi Jinping attached great importance to the construction of the rule of law on the Internet, emphasized that on the basis of understanding and grasping the laws of the development of the Internet, he would promote all kinds of work innovation and comprehensively promote the rule of law in cyberspace.To safeguard network security and the fundamental interests of the country.Xi Jinping's thought of Internet rule of law not only emphasizes the focal point and main task of the construction of Internet rule of law, but also emphasizes the comprehensiveness and systematicness of the construction of Internet rule of law.There are two key points in the construction of Internet rule of law, one is to require comprehensive planning, the other is to promote the construction of Internet rule of law to achieve full coverage, all parties must abide by the law.
