反相懸浮聚合法制備耐高溫吸水材料及其性能研究

【摘要】:針對(duì)現(xiàn)有吸水材料存在耐高溫性能差的問(wèn)題,以丙烯酸鈉為聚合單體,環(huán)己烷為連續(xù)相,Span80為分散劑,四烯丙基氯化銨為交聯(lián)劑,過(guò)硫酸銨為引發(fā)劑,采用反相懸浮聚合法制備了耐高溫吸水材料。探討了交聯(lián)劑濃度、分散劑用量和引發(fā)劑濃度等對(duì)吸水材料在不同溫度條件下吸水性能的影響,并對(duì)吸水材料結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析。最佳的聚合條件:分散劑、交聯(lián)劑、引發(fā)劑占單體的質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)分別為5.00%,0.14%,0.10%,在此條件下制備的吸水材料在200℃的蒸餾水中的吸水倍率為400 g/g,耐高溫性能良好。
[Abstract]:In view of the poor high temperature resistance of the existing water-absorbent materials, sodium acrylate as polymerization monomer, cyclohexane as continuous phase Span80 as dispersant, tetraallylammonium chloride as crosslinking agent, ammonium persulfate as initiator, etc.High temperature absorbent materials were prepared by inverse suspension polymerization.The effects of the concentration of crosslinking agent, the amount of dispersant and the concentration of initiator on the absorbency of water absorbent at different temperatures were discussed, and the structure of the absorbent was analyzed.The optimum polymerization conditions are as follows: the mass fraction of dispersant, crosslinking agent and initiator to monomer is 5.00% and 0.14%, respectively.
