【摘要】：黨的十六屆四中全會(huì)上提出的構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)的思想，，是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨人對(duì)馬克思主義理論的繼承、發(fā)展和創(chuàng)新。社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)是指構(gòu)成社會(huì)的各個(gè)要素、各個(gè)方面達(dá)到和睦、融洽和協(xié)調(diào)的狀態(tài)。民主法治、公平正義、誠(chéng)信友愛(ài)、充滿活力、安定有序、人與自然和諧相處是和諧社會(huì)的基本特征。社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)思想的提出，為城市社區(qū)建設(shè)提供理論指導(dǎo)，而城市社區(qū)建設(shè)則是社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)思想的具體要求和實(shí)踐載體。南寧市興寧區(qū)望州南社區(qū)在城市社區(qū)建設(shè)中取得良好成效，先后榮獲了“全國(guó)和諧鄰里建設(shè)示范社區(qū)”、“全國(guó)先進(jìn)基層黨組織”等140多項(xiàng)全國(guó)、自治區(qū)、南寧市和興寧區(qū)的榮譽(yù)稱號(hào)，具有先進(jìn)性、典型性和代表性。通過(guò)對(duì)望州南社區(qū)的實(shí)地調(diào)研，對(duì)其建設(shè)成效和存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析和研究，進(jìn)而從社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)視角提出加快推進(jìn)和諧城市社區(qū)建設(shè)的對(duì)策，即加強(qiáng)宣傳教育，實(shí)現(xiàn)社區(qū)居民的自我身心和諧；加強(qiáng)社區(qū)管理，實(shí)現(xiàn)社區(qū)人與人的和諧；加強(qiáng)環(huán)境治理，實(shí)現(xiàn)社區(qū)人與自然的和諧。這些對(duì)策建議可以為其它城市社區(qū)建設(shè)提供參考與借鑒。
[Abstract]:The idea of building a harmonious socialist society put forward at the fourth Plenary session of the 16th CPC Central Committee is the inheritance, development and innovation of Marxist theory by the Chinese Communists.Socialist harmonious society is the state of harmony, harmony and harmony.Democracy and rule of law, fairness and justice, honesty and fraternity, vitality, stability and order, harmony between man and nature are the basic characteristics of a harmonious society.The idea of socialist harmonious society provides theoretical guidance for the construction of urban community, and the construction of urban community is the concrete requirement and practical carrier of socialist harmonious society.The Wangzhou South Community of Xingning District of Nanning has achieved good results in the construction of urban communities, winning the title of "Building a Model Community of National harmonious neighborhoods", "National Advanced Grass-roots Party Organization" and more than 140 national and autonomous regions, etc.Nanning City and Xingning District honorary title, with advanced, typical and representative.Through the field investigation of the south community of Wangzhou, the paper analyzes and studies its construction effect and existing problems, and then puts forward the countermeasures of speeding up the construction of harmonious urban community from the perspective of socialist harmonious society, that is, strengthening propaganda and education.Realize the self-physical and mental harmony of the community residents, strengthen the community management, realize the harmony between the community people and people, strengthen the environmental management, realize the harmony between the community people and the nature.These countermeasures and suggestions can provide reference for other urban community construction.
