【摘要】：思想政治教育的實(shí)效性往往取決于其所處的環(huán)境,良好的思想政治教育環(huán)境對(duì)思想政治教育的優(yōu)化有極大的推動(dòng)和促進(jìn)作用。大學(xué)生思想政治教育環(huán)境的最重要的有機(jī)組成部分是高校法制環(huán)境,高校法制環(huán)境的完善和發(fā)展,對(duì)加強(qiáng)思想政治教育工作、改善大學(xué)生思想政治教育環(huán)境和優(yōu)化大學(xué)生思想政治教育具有重要意義。 高校的內(nèi)部管理又是高校法制環(huán)境的最重要部分,也是高校法制環(huán)境建設(shè)的最核心環(huán)節(jié)。高校內(nèi)部管理的好壞,直接決定著高校環(huán)境的優(yōu)劣,進(jìn)而影響大學(xué)生思想政治教育的實(shí)效�；谶@樣的分析,本人從高校內(nèi)部管理出發(fā),試圖運(yùn)用法制和高校法制環(huán)境理論研究大學(xué)生思想政治教育實(shí)效性問(wèn)題。 本文用馬克思主義哲學(xué)及“三個(gè)代表”重要思想為指導(dǎo),緊密聯(lián)系高等學(xué)校教育教學(xué)管理工作的實(shí)際,全面研究了思想政治教育中全新的教育理念,即法制的理念。文章從理論高度論述了高校法制環(huán)境的科學(xué)含義;從思想政治教育過(guò)程中主、客體的特殊關(guān)系和教育的實(shí)效性出發(fā),研究了法制環(huán)境下思想政治教育的育人意義;從實(shí)現(xiàn)思想政治教育目的出發(fā),研究了高校法制環(huán)境和思想政治教育創(chuàng)新的關(guān)系,在此基礎(chǔ)上,全面地論述了思想政治教育理念轉(zhuǎn)變、方法創(chuàng)新以及高校管理者素質(zhì)完善和人格塑造對(duì)堅(jiān)持依法治校的重要意義。
[Abstract]:The effectiveness of ideological and political education often depends on its environment, The good environment of ideological and political education plays a great role in promoting and promoting the optimization of ideological and political education. The most important organic component of the environment of ideological and political education for college students is the legal environment of colleges and universities, the perfection and development of the legal environment of colleges and universities. It is of great significance to strengthen the work of ideological and political education, to improve the environment of ideological and political education of college students and to optimize the ideological and political education of college students. The internal management of colleges and universities is the most important part of the legal environment of colleges and universities, and also the core link of the construction of the legal environment of colleges and universities. The quality of the internal management of colleges and universities directly determines the merits and demerits of the environment of colleges and universities. Based on this analysis, I try to use the theory of legal system and legal environment to study the actual effect of college students' ideological and political education. Under the guidance of Marxist philosophy and the important thought of "three represents", this paper studies the new educational concept in ideological and political education closely in the light of the reality of educational and teaching management in colleges and universities. The article discusses the scientific meaning of the legal environment in colleges and universities from the perspective of theory, and proceeds from the special relationship between subject and object in the process of ideological and political education and the effectiveness of education. This paper studies the educational significance of ideological and political education under the legal environment, and from the perspective of realizing the purpose of ideological and political education, studies the relationship between the legal environment and the innovation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, on the basis of which, This paper comprehensively discusses the important significance of ideological and political education concept transformation, method innovation, and the perfection of university administrators' quality and personality to adhere to the rule of law.
