【摘要】： 中國電視法制節(jié)目經(jīng)過三十年的發(fā)展,已經(jīng)成為深受觀眾喜愛的電視節(jié)目類型之一。因電視普及面廣、可視性強、傳播方式又為大眾喜聞樂見,電視通過其特有的手段,在宣傳貫徹依法治國方針和全面推行依法行政綱要過程中發(fā)揮了無可替代的作用。中國電視法制節(jié)目見證了中國特色的社會主義法治化建設(shè)進程,同時,法制節(jié)目自身也逐漸走向法治化。因此,研究電視法制節(jié)目的法治化進程,不僅符合受眾需求,更符合時代的需要。 本文除引言外,共分為五個部分。第一部分提出研究電視法制節(jié)目的意義所在。通過對三十年來電視法制節(jié)目發(fā)展歷程的梳理,分析其社會功能,得出中國電視法制節(jié)目在從“法制”到“法治”的轉(zhuǎn)變,必經(jīng)艱辛的歷史過程。 第二部分對目前的電視法制節(jié)目進行運作分析,梳理目前兩百多個法制欄目六種主要形態(tài),同時對法制節(jié)目的現(xiàn)狀提出“矛盾論”思考,即電視自身產(chǎn)業(yè)屬性與事業(yè)屬性的矛盾,電視和法律的矛盾,從中得出目前法制節(jié)目存在的問題。這部分的最后還對目前收視紅火的調(diào)解型電視訪談類節(jié)目進行了論述,由于這類節(jié)目選題涉及很多法律題材,在此以較短的篇幅與目前法制節(jié)目做橫向?qū)Ρ炔⑻岢鲎约旱乃伎肌?第三部分通過具體案例對本土電視法制節(jié)目做樣本分析。從選題上提出法制節(jié)目題材的泛法治化走向,在表達方式上法制節(jié)目以人性化視角凸顯社會責(zé)任,在記錄方式上,通過道德觀察探索法治社會的健全。這部分筆者對國內(nèi)法制節(jié)目的發(fā)展提出了自己的思考方向。 第四部分作為國外經(jīng)驗借鑒,本人選取美國有線法治頻道Tru TV,通過對節(jié)目受眾、節(jié)目內(nèi)容、市場營銷等方面分析,得出對中國電視法制節(jié)目借鑒的現(xiàn)實意義。 通過第三部分對國內(nèi)本土法制節(jié)目的分析和第四部分國外經(jīng)驗的借鑒,本文的第五部分得出總結(jié),提出中國電視法制節(jié)目的努力方向。
[Abstract]:After 30 years of development, China's TV legal program has become one of the most popular TV programs. Because of the wide popularity of television, strong visibility, and the way of dissemination is popular among the public, television through its unique means, It has played an irreplaceable role in publicizing and implementing the principle of governing the country according to law and comprehensively implementing the outline of administration by law. Chinese television and legal programs have witnessed the process of building the socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics, and at the same time, Therefore, the study of the legal process of TV legal programs is not only in line with the needs of the audience, but also in line with the needs of the times. Besides the introduction, this paper is divided into five parts. The first part puts forward the significance of studying the legal program of television. Through combing the development course of the legal program of television in the past 30 years, it analyzes its social function. It comes to the conclusion that the transition from "legal system" to "rule of law" in China's TV legal program must go through a difficult historical process. The second part analyzes the operation of the current TV legal programs, combs the six main forms of more than 200 legal programs, and puts forward some thoughts on the current situation of legal programs. That is, the contradiction between the industrial attribute and the business attribute of television itself, the contradiction between television and law, and the problems existing in the current legal program. At the end of this part, the author also discusses the mediating TV interview program, which is popular at present. Because this kind of program topics involve a lot of legal subjects, this paper makes a horizontal comparison with the current legal programs and puts forward its own thinking. The third part through the concrete case to make the sample analysis to the local television legal program. From the selected topic proposed the legal program theme the universal rule of law trend, in the expression way legal system program to highlight the social responsibility with the humanity angle of view, in the record way, This part of the author puts forward his own thinking direction to the development of the domestic legal program. The fourth part as a foreign experience, I choose the United States cable rule of law channel Tru TV, through the program audience, program content, marketing and other aspects of the analysis, draw on the Chinese television legal program reference practical significance. Through the third part of the analysis of domestic legal programs and the fourth part of the experience of foreign countries, the fifth part of this paper draws a conclusion, and puts forward the direction of Chinese TV legal programs.
