【摘要】： 中國共產(chǎn)黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的多黨合作與政治協(xié)商制度是我國的一項基本政治制度,是馬克思主義政黨政治理論中國化的必然選擇,是民主革命時期中國各種黨派不斷演化及各黨派之間的關(guān)系相互碰撞、相互影響和相互選擇的結(jié)果,其中,1928年至1949年階段的中國共產(chǎn)黨與民主黨派合作關(guān)系的發(fā)展演進是決定當(dāng)代中國政黨制度的根本因素。正如鄧小平指出:“我國各民主黨派在民主革命時期同我們黨共同奮斗�！盵1]新民主主義革命勝利和中華人民共和國的建立正是中國共產(chǎn)黨與各民主黨派長期合作、共同戰(zhàn)斗的成果。事實上,中國共產(chǎn)黨與各民主黨派合作關(guān)系演進形成中國共產(chǎn)黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的多黨合作和政治協(xié)商制度并非是“一次完成式”,而是經(jīng)歷了一個長期的理論積累與實踐發(fā)展過程,即由早期的相互排斥到趨向信任、由策略上的合作到制度框架的形成,期間表現(xiàn)出的曲折、復(fù)雜和深刻的內(nèi)容,在世界政黨關(guān)系史中都是絕無僅有的,它是近代以降中國政黨政治建構(gòu)中所特有的一種政治現(xiàn)象。當(dāng)前,研究和總結(jié)中國共產(chǎn)黨與各民主黨派在民主革命時期合作關(guān)系的歷史演進,進而深刻認(rèn)識這一制度形成的歷史必然性和現(xiàn)實必要性,對于堅定堅持和完善中國共產(chǎn)黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的多黨合作與政治協(xié)商制度,加強黨的執(zhí)政能力建設(shè),維護和發(fā)揮我國社會主義政黨政治制度的特色優(yōu)勢,建設(shè)社會主義政治文明,順利推進中國特色社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的發(fā)展,都具有重大的理論和政治意義。 本文主要研究內(nèi)容包括五大部分。第一部分(第1章)是緒論,主要包括選題的意義、研究的設(shè)想、國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究綜述;第二部分(第2章)是對民主革命時期中國共產(chǎn)黨與民主黨派合作關(guān)系演進的歷史軌跡梳理。以雙方合作的階段性特征可分為四個不同的歷史時期,即早期的相互爭鳴與初步合作的緣起、在堅持團結(jié)抗戰(zhàn)和爭取民主憲政中的深入合作、在爭取民主和平反對國民黨獨裁內(nèi)戰(zhàn)斗爭中的密切合作、民主黨派接受中國共產(chǎn)黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)共同奪取革命勝利。中國共產(chǎn)黨與民主黨派各自對對方的基本認(rèn)識以及雙方互相交往、互相影響的演變過程亦在各不同階段呈現(xiàn)出相異的內(nèi)容;第三部分(第3章)是動因分析,這一章分別從中國共產(chǎn)黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)中國革命的必然性、國民黨獨裁統(tǒng)治的反動性、民主黨派實現(xiàn)歷史性轉(zhuǎn)折的順應(yīng)時代性和中國傳統(tǒng)文化對多黨合作的影響四個維度分析中國共產(chǎn)黨與民主黨派合作關(guān)系演進的動因。第四部分(第4章)是研究意義,從歷史與現(xiàn)實兩個角度,從促進新中國的誕生、形成了當(dāng)代中國政黨制度格局、發(fā)展社會主義民主政治等三個方面對中國共產(chǎn)黨與民主黨派合作關(guān)系演進的歷史意義進行探析。第五部分(第5章)是結(jié)語,是對全文的總結(jié)和理論概括。
[Abstract]:The system of multi-party cooperation and political consultation under the leadership of the Communist Party of China is a basic political system in China and an inevitable choice for the Sinicization of Marxist party political theory. It is the result of the continuous evolution of various political parties in China during the period of the democratic revolution and the collision, mutual influence and mutual selection among the various parties. Among them, the development and evolution of the cooperative relationship between the Communist Party of China and the democratic parties from 1928 to 1949 is the fundamental factor determining the party system in contemporary China. Just as Deng Xiaoping pointed out: "the democratic parties in China and China in the period of democratic revolution." "[1] the victory of the new democratic revolution and the establishment of the people's Republic of China are precisely the long-term cooperation between the CPC and the democratic parties. The fruits of a common battle. In fact, The evolution of the cooperative relationship between the Communist Party of China and the democratic parties formed the system of multi-party cooperation and political consultation under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, which is not a "one-off perfection", but has gone through a long process of theoretical accumulation and practical development. That is, from the early mutual exclusion to the tendency to trust, from the strategic cooperation to the formation of the institutional framework, the tortuous, complex and profound contents displayed during the period are unique in the history of world political party relations. It is a unique political phenomenon in the political construction of Chinese political parties in modern times. At present, it studies and summarizes the historical evolution of the cooperative relations between the Communist Party of China and the democratic parties during the period of democratic revolution. Furthermore, we have a deep understanding of the historical necessity and realistic necessity of the formation of this system, so as to firmly adhere to and improve the system of multi-party cooperation and political consultation under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, and strengthen the building of the Party's governing capacity. It is of great theoretical and political significance to maintain and give full play to the special advantages of our socialist political party system, to build socialist political civilization and to promote the development of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics. The first part (chapter 1) is the introduction, which mainly includes the significance of the topic, the assumption of the research, and the summary of relevant research at home and abroad. The second part (Chapter 2) is to sort out the historical track of the evolution of the cooperative relationship between the Communist Party of China and the democratic parties during the period of the democratic revolution, which can be divided into four different historical periods according to the stage characteristics of the cooperation between the two parties. That is, the origin of the early mutual contentions and initial cooperation, the deep cooperation in upholding unity and resistance to the war and the struggle for democratic constitutionalism, and the close cooperation in the struggle for democracy and peace against the Kuomintang dictatorship and civil war. The democratic parties accept the leadership of the Communist Party of China to win the revolutionary victory together. The Chinese Communist Party and the democratic parties have their own basic understanding of each other and the two sides interact with each other, and the evolution process of mutual influence also presents different contents at different stages. The third part (Chapter 3) is an analysis of the causes. This chapter is based on the inevitability of the Chinese revolution led by the Communist Party of China and the reactionary nature of the Kuomintang dictatorship. The historical transition of democratic parties and the influence of Chinese traditional culture on multi-party cooperation are analyzed in four dimensions: the reasons for the evolution of the cooperative relationship between the Communist Party of China and the democratic parties. The fourth part (Chapter 4) is the significance of the study. From the perspective of history and reality, and in order to promote the birth of New China, it has formed the pattern of contemporary Chinese political party system. The fifth part (chapter 5) is a conclusion, a summary and a theoretical summary of the full text.
