【摘要】：法治評(píng)估也稱為法治的量化評(píng)估,是衡量一個(gè)國家或地區(qū)法治水平的評(píng)估量化指標(biāo)體系。但法治評(píng)估制度設(shè)計(jì)的根本目的在于法治評(píng)估結(jié)果的正當(dāng)運(yùn)用。法治評(píng)估結(jié)果運(yùn)用的前提在于評(píng)估結(jié)果的信度與效度。為實(shí)現(xiàn)評(píng)估結(jié)果的信度與效度,我國應(yīng)完善現(xiàn)行的法治評(píng)估機(jī)制。法治評(píng)估結(jié)果的運(yùn)用在實(shí)現(xiàn)法治評(píng)估的根本目的以后,還可以成為改善評(píng)估機(jī)制、公務(wù)員考核、政府預(yù)算編制、行政問責(zé)、監(jiān)督機(jī)制的重要依據(jù)。
