復(fù)合熔鑄法制備短碳纖維增強(qiáng)鋁基復(fù)合材料

【摘要】:對(duì)碳纖維進(jìn)行預(yù)處理后與鋁粉機(jī)械混合,用壓力機(jī)制備預(yù)制塊,將過熱鋁液與預(yù)制塊混合并澆注試樣。結(jié)果表明:行星球磨機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速300 r/min,混制時(shí)間20 min的條件下,可獲得分散度較好的預(yù)制塊粉末;壓強(qiáng)為20 MPa、保壓為2.5~3 min的工藝條件下,獲得了較好的預(yù)制塊,并與860℃的過熱鋁液混合后澆注試樣;經(jīng)過激光刻蝕、高溫灼蝕、化學(xué)鍍銅預(yù)處理的短碳纖維比未經(jīng)過預(yù)處理的碳纖維在鋁基體中的分散效果好。
[Abstract]:Carbon fiber was pretreated and mixed with aluminum powder mechanically. Prefabricated blocks were prepared by press, superheated aluminum liquid and prefabricated blocks were mixed and cast samples. The results showed that the speed of planetary ball mill was 300rmin and the mixing time was 20 min. The prefabricated powder with good dispersion can be obtained. Under the conditions of 20 MPA pressure and 2.5 min holding pressure, a better prefabricated block is obtained, which is mixed with superheated aluminum liquid at 860 鈩,
