【摘要】：財產(chǎn)權利和民主發(fā)展密切相關。財產(chǎn)首先是一種歷史性的觀念,17世紀以前,私人財產(chǎn)權也包括公共財產(chǎn)權。17世紀之后,財產(chǎn)的內(nèi)容被窄化為私有財產(chǎn),它是資本主義社會的產(chǎn)物,也是自由主義民主理論的經(jīng)濟權利觀的基礎。自由主義民主財產(chǎn)觀認為財產(chǎn)等同于私有財產(chǎn),財產(chǎn)是一種對于物的權利,而不是關于收益的權利,其功能在于對個人勞動的刺激和誘導。自由主義民主財產(chǎn)觀狹隘性導致自由主義民主在當代呈現(xiàn)出許多的弊病。參與式民主則致力于重建一種深化民主發(fā)展的財產(chǎn)權理論,擴大而不是窄化公民財產(chǎn)權的內(nèi)容,將其擴展為一種包含著公民政治權利和社會權利在內(nèi)的經(jīng)濟權利。
[Abstract]:Property rights are closely related to democratic development. Property is first and foremost a historical concept. Before the 17th century, private property rights also included public property rights. After the 17th century, the content of property was narrowed to private property. It is the product of the capitalist society and the basis of the economic rights view of the liberal democratic theory. The liberal democratic property view holds that property is equal to private property, and property is a right to things, not a right about income. Its function is to stimulate and induce individual labor. The parochialism of liberalism democratic property view leads to many defects of liberal democracy in contemporary times. Participatory democracy is devoted to reconstructing a theory of property rights that deepens the development of democracy. The content of civil property rights is expanded to include civil political rights and social rights.
