【摘要】：大學生自治組織是由在校大學生為主體，以實現(xiàn)大學生全面健全發(fā)展為目標的獨立組織，是現(xiàn)代大學生生活不可或缺的一部分。大學生自治組織，肩負著鍛煉大學生社會民主自治能力的重大使命，在日常生活的應(yīng)用中增強大學生的民主素質(zhì)和法治素養(yǎng)。大學生自治組織的發(fā)展在我國社會現(xiàn)代化進程中作為重要的要素，在和諧社會的建構(gòu)中起著“潛在先鋒”的作用。因而論文的第一部分詳細地說明了問題的提出依據(jù)，具體地分析了國內(nèi)外的研究動態(tài)以及問題的研究意義，，介紹了課題的研究思路與方法。指出了課題研究的不足和創(chuàng)新點。論文第二部分介紹了大學生自治組織的基本知識。層層解剖了大學生自治組織的相關(guān)概念、類型、特征與功能這幾個方面。論文第三部分是問卷調(diào)查及結(jié)果分析。本次調(diào)查的目的是對大學生自治組織在社會建構(gòu)中的作用進行調(diào)研，同時了解大學生自治組織運作的經(jīng)驗和不足，總結(jié)有效的管理方法，使大學生自治組織更好地發(fā)展與相互合作，為培養(yǎng)良好的政治素養(yǎng)、繁榮校園文化、提高和完善大學生的綜合素質(zhì)能力作貢獻。對得出的結(jié)果予以逐一分析，從而得出大學生自治組織在市民社會構(gòu)建中的具體作用。當期大學生自治組織的力量越來越強大，它的作用也日益凸顯。社會的前進需要自治組織的發(fā)展。這就需要健全學生參與高校民主管理的大學生自治組織。大學生自治組織作為一項重要的社會資本是構(gòu)建市民社會的中堅力量。高校加強管理工作與大學生自治組織的行為形成良性互動，這樣可以進一步完善大學生的民主知識、培養(yǎng)積極的民主態(tài)度，同時通過民主實踐和公眾參與增強民主能力，以此來提高大學生的民主素質(zhì)，這是一條不錯的路徑。論文最后一部分，分析了當前大學生自治組織發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀意義和新趨勢。介紹了國外大學生自治組織的培養(yǎng)經(jīng)驗，以及由此對我國大學生自治組織建設(shè)的啟示，提出了大學生自治組織與社會發(fā)展的良性互動建議，并且由此提出大學生自治組織發(fā)展的對策：黨和政府及學校要重視大學生自治組織的發(fā)展，減少對大學生自治組織發(fā)展的限制。引導、扶持自治組織的建設(shè)。加強管理、消除大學生自治組織發(fā)展帶來的消極作用。
[Abstract]:College students' autonomous organization is an independent organization with the goal of realizing the all-round and sound development of college students, and is an indispensable part of modern college students' life. It shoulders the great mission of training the ability of democratic autonomy of college students, and strengthens the democratic quality and the accomplishment of rule of law in the application of daily life. The development of university students' autonomous organization is an important element in the process of social modernization in our country. In the construction of a harmonious society, it plays a "potential vanguard" role. Therefore, the first part of the paper explains the basis of the problem in detail, and analyzes the research trends and significance of the problem at home and abroad. This paper introduces the research ideas and methods of the subject, points out the deficiency and innovation of the research. The second part of the paper introduces the basic knowledge of the university students' autonomous organization, and dissects the related concepts and types of the university student's autonomous organization layer by layer. The third part of the thesis is questionnaire survey and result analysis. The purpose of this investigation is to investigate the role of college students' autonomous organizations in social construction. At the same time, we should understand the experience and deficiency of the university students' autonomous organization, sum up the effective management method, make the university student's autonomous organization develop and cooperate with each other better, in order to cultivate the good political accomplishment and prosper the campus culture, To improve and improve the comprehensive quality and ability of college students. The results are analyzed one by one, and the concrete role of college students' autonomous organizations in the construction of civil society is obtained. The strength of college students' autonomous organizations is becoming more and more powerful in the current period. The development of the society needs the development of the autonomous organization, which needs to perfect the students' participation in the democratic management of the university. As an important social capital, the university student's self-government organization is the construction of the university student's self-government organization. In the last part of the paper, the significance and new trend of the development of college students' autonomous organizations are analyzed, and the training experience of foreign college students' autonomous organizations is introduced. And the enlightenment to the construction of college students' autonomous organization in our country, and put forward the positive interactive suggestion of the university student's autonomous organization and the social development. Therefore, the Party, government and schools should attach importance to the development of college students' autonomous organizations, reduce the restrictions on the development of college students' autonomous organizations, guide and support the construction of autonomous organizations, and strengthen management. To eliminate the negative effects brought by the development of autonomous organizations of college students.
