【摘要】：化解社會矛盾是構(gòu)建和諧社會的重要內(nèi)容。當前社會矛盾呈現(xiàn)從隱性走向顯性,從單一走向疊加,從溫和走向?qū)沟臓顟B(tài),有效化解社會矛盾并做到矛盾不累積、不蔓延、不激化是當前社會建設(shè)領(lǐng)域的一個關(guān)鍵性任務(wù)。而協(xié)商民主倡導理性表達和有序參與,主張通過對話、溝通、協(xié)商來凝聚共識,被實踐證明是有效化解社會矛盾的一種較好形式。要充分認識協(xié)商民主在化解社會矛盾中的價值與作用。要進一步完善相關(guān)協(xié)商機制、創(chuàng)新協(xié)商平臺,建立完善協(xié)商的法治保障,切實提升公民的協(xié)商意識和協(xié)商能力,從而提升協(xié)商民主在化解社會矛盾中的作用。
[Abstract]:Resolving social contradictions is an important content in building a harmonious society. The current social contradictions are from recessive to overt, from single to superposition, from moderate to confrontational, so as to effectively resolve social contradictions and achieve no accumulation and spread of contradictions. Non-aggravation is a key task in the field of social construction at present. And the democracy of consultation advocates rational expression and orderly participation, and advocates that consensus be consolidated through dialogue, communication, and consultation. It has been proved by practice that it is a better form to effectively resolve social contradictions. We should fully understand the value and role of consultative democracy in resolving social contradictions. We must further improve the relevant consultation mechanism and innovate consultation platforms. Establishing and perfecting the rule of law guarantee of consultation, improving citizens' consultation consciousness and ability, thus enhancing the role of consultative democracy in resolving social contradictions.
