【摘要】：正近年來,全國(guó)各地經(jīng)濟(jì)開發(fā)區(qū)特別是國(guó)家高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)開發(fā)區(qū)和國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)不斷發(fā)展壯大,在我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)和推進(jìn)城市化進(jìn)程中發(fā)揮了重要的作用,成為國(guó)內(nèi)最具增長(zhǎng)活力的經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)域。隨之而來,如何加強(qiáng)這些經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)域的民主法制建設(shè),保證憲法和法律有效貫徹實(shí)施,已擺上地方各級(jí)黨委、人大的議事日程。本文嘗試對(duì)國(guó)家高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)開發(fā)區(qū)和國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)(以下統(tǒng)稱開發(fā)區(qū))設(shè)立人大工作機(jī)構(gòu)的有關(guān)問題作簡(jiǎn)單的分析和探討,以便進(jìn)一步研究人大制度的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, economic development zones throughout the country, especially national high-tech industrial development zones and national economic and technological development zones, have been developing and expanding, which has played an important role in the economic construction and urbanization process of our country. It has become the most dynamic economic region in the country. Subsequently, how to strengthen the construction of democracy and the legal system in these economic regions and ensure the effective implementation of the Constitution and laws has been put on the local party committees at all levels. This paper attempts to make a brief analysis and discussion on the issues related to the establishment of the National High-tech Industrial Development Zone and the National Economic and technological Development Zone (hereinafter referred to as the National Economic and technological Development Zone). In order to further study the innovative development of the National people's Congress system.
