【摘要】：中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)的為官之德具有三個(gè)特征:以忠孝為主要內(nèi)容的宗法道德占據(jù)統(tǒng)治地位,以尚公滅私作為基本的道德要求,以德高品正作為道德人格追求。這些為官之德具有它的合理性,但是也具有它的歷史局限性。在現(xiàn)時(shí)代的條件下,我們既要繼承中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)的為官之德的合理性因素,更要變更和創(chuàng)新其內(nèi)容,這就是要正確處理好忠與逆的關(guān)系,樹立公平正義精神;正確處理義與利的關(guān)系,樹立公共服務(wù)精神;正確處理好德治與法治的關(guān)系,樹立民主法治精神,構(gòu)建起現(xiàn)代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部的倫理精神。
[Abstract]:Chinese traditional morality of being an official has three characteristics: the patriarchal morality, which takes loyalty and filial piety as the main content, occupies the dominant position, and takes the extermination of the public and the private as the basic moral requirement. The pursuit of moral personality is moral integrity. These morality as officials have its rationality, but they also have its historical limitations. Under the condition of the present times, we should inherit the rational factors of Chinese traditional morality as officials. It is also necessary to change and innovate its contents, that is, to correctly handle the relationship between loyalty and disobedience, to establish the spirit of fairness and justice, to correctly handle the relationship between justice and interest, to establish the spirit of public service, and to correctly handle the relationship between the rule of virtue and the rule of law. Establish the spirit of democracy and rule by law, and build up the ethical spirit of modern leading cadres.
