【摘要】：張瀾是中國(guó)近現(xiàn)代史上著名的人物之一,他不僅是我國(guó)著名的民主革命家、教育家,中國(guó)民主同盟的創(chuàng)始人和杰出的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者,還是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的親密朋友、可敬的愛(ài)國(guó)主義者。他的一生經(jīng)歷了三個(gè)不同的歷史階段,其政治思想也緊隨時(shí)代的前進(jìn)而不斷發(fā)展,特別是在日本帝國(guó)主義侵略、民族危機(jī)不斷上升的抗日戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)時(shí)期,張瀾的政治思想逐漸轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榉磳?duì)國(guó)民黨一黨專(zhuān)制,追求民主政治。這一時(shí)期的張瀾開(kāi)始對(duì)民主政治進(jìn)行廣泛地宣傳,并且能夠團(tuán)結(jié)其他民主愛(ài)國(guó)的有識(shí)之士,他以自己的實(shí)際行動(dòng),推動(dòng)著民主運(yùn)動(dòng)不斷前進(jìn)。因此,研究張瀾的民主憲政思想,是研究除國(guó)共兩黨之外,中間勢(shì)力在抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期為實(shí)現(xiàn)國(guó)家民主、反對(duì)蔣介石獨(dú)裁專(zhuān)制所做出的努力和實(shí)踐的重要內(nèi)容之一,他的主張和思想指引著青年愛(ài)國(guó)學(xué)生走向革命和進(jìn)步,推動(dòng)了當(dāng)時(shí)抗日民主運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展;同時(shí)也為今天更好的完善和發(fā)展中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的多黨合作和政治協(xié)商制度有極其重要的借鑒作用。 本文從四個(gè)部分對(duì)張瀾的民主憲政思想進(jìn)行了論述: 第一部分:主要論述了對(duì)張瀾民主憲政思想的研究狀況及說(shuō)明了本文研究的出發(fā)點(diǎn)、角度與方法。 第二部分:主要論述了張瀾豐富的人生經(jīng)歷是他政治思想發(fā)生變化,能夠與時(shí)俱進(jìn)的前提以及分析其民主憲政思想形成的條件。 第三部分:主要論述了抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期張瀾為早日實(shí)現(xiàn)民主憲政所進(jìn)行的實(shí)踐和其憲政思想的主要內(nèi)容,并通過(guò)比較分析得出張瀾民主憲政思想的特點(diǎn)。 第四部分:用辨證的歷史觀來(lái)客觀評(píng)價(jià)張瀾的民主憲政思想,其積極意義在于對(duì)團(tuán)結(jié)抗日、反對(duì)國(guó)民黨一黨專(zhuān)政,為民主憲政運(yùn)動(dòng)的深入發(fā)展以及對(duì)廣大青年學(xué)生和愛(ài)國(guó)將領(lǐng)的進(jìn)步思想的啟迪有著極其重要的影響;但由于時(shí)代的局限,他的憲政思想也存在著不足。 文章在結(jié)論部分對(duì)全文進(jìn)行了概括和總結(jié),肯定了抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期張瀾民主憲政思想的歷史意義及現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。但由于中國(guó)當(dāng)時(shí)的國(guó)情和其自身認(rèn)識(shí)的局限性,張瀾的民主憲政思想未能真正付諸于實(shí)踐。我們應(yīng)當(dāng)用歷史唯物主義觀點(diǎn),用歷史的發(fā)展眼光來(lái)看待張瀾的民主憲政思想。
[Abstract]:Zhang Lan is one of the most famous figures in the history of modern Chinese, he is not only a famous democratic revolutionist, educator, founder of China Democratic Alliance and outstanding leader, Chinese was a close friend of the Communist Party, worthy patriots. His life has experienced three different historical stages, its political thought also followed the progress of the times and continue to develop, especially in the aggression of Japanese imperialism, the national crisis of rising Anti Japanese War, Zhang Lan's political thoughts gradually changed against the Kuomintang's one party autocracy, the pursuit of democracy. During this period, Zhang Lan began to conduct extensive publicity for democracy, and to unite other Democratic patriotic a person with breadth of vision he, with their own practical action, to promote democracy movement forward continuously. Therefore, research on Zhang Lan's democratic constitutional thought, is studied in the KMT, intermediate potential The force in the Anti Japanese War period for the realization of democracy, one of the important contents against the efforts and practice made Jiang Jieshi dictatorship, his ideas and thoughts to guide young students to the patriotic revolution and progress, promote the development of the Anti Japanese democratic movement; at the same time as today to better the improvement and development of multi-party cooperation under the leadership of the Communist Party and political China the negotiation system has extremely important reference function.
This article discusses Zhang Lan's democratic and constitutional thought from four parts.
The first part mainly discusses the research situation of Zhang Lan's democratic constitutionalism and explains the starting point, the angle and the method of this study.
The second part mainly discusses the rich life experience of Zhang Lan, the premise of his political thoughts changing and keeping pace with the times, and analyzing the conditions for the formation of his democratic constitutionalism.
The third part: mainly discussed the practice of Zhang Lan's early realization of democratic constitutionalism and the main contents of his constitutional thought during the war of resistance against Japan, and drew the characteristics of Zhang Lan's democratic constitutionalism thought through comparative analysis.
The fourth part: the objective evaluation of Zhang Lan's democratic constitutional thought with dialectical view of history, its positive significance is to unite against Japan, against the Kuomintang's one party dictatorship, has a very important effect on the further development of the democratic constitutionalism movement and the progress of young students and patriotic general enlightenment thought; but because of the limitations of the times, his constitutional thought also has shortcomings.
In the conclusion part of this thesis, affirmed during the Anti Japanese War Zhang Lan democratic constitutional thought historical significance and practical significance. However, due to the limitation of the China at the time of the situation and their own understanding of the idea of constitutional democracy, Zhang Lan failed to really put into practice. We should use the viewpoint of historical materialism, to see Zhang Lan in a perspective of development history of the idea of constitutional democracy.
