發(fā)泡法和溶膠-凝膠法制備鎂質(zhì)多孔材料

【摘要】:對比分析了發(fā)泡法和溶膠-凝膠法制備鎂質(zhì)多孔材料的組成、結(jié)構(gòu)及性能。發(fā)泡法制備鎂質(zhì)多孔材料是以菱鎂礦浮選尾礦和電熔鎂砂為主要原料,加入六偏磷酸鈉、檸檬酸鈉及α-氧化鋁粉為添加劑,并以十二烷基磺酸鈉發(fā)泡和糊精穩(wěn)泡的方式制備預(yù)混料漿,經(jīng)注漿成型、養(yǎng)護(hù)、干燥及燒成工序制得多孔材料。溶膠-凝膠法制備氧化鎂多孔材料是以六水氯化鎂為前驅(qū)體,以聚氧乙烯(PEO)為相分離誘導(dǎo)劑及環(huán)氧丙烷(PO)為凝膠促進(jìn)劑,經(jīng)過陳化、干燥及燒成工序最終得到氧化鎂多孔材料。結(jié)果表明:發(fā)泡法制備多孔材料的氣孔尺寸可控,大多為封閉氣孔,且生產(chǎn)工藝過程簡單,同時以菱鎂礦浮選尾礦為主要原料,大大縮短了生產(chǎn)成本。與發(fā)泡法相比,溶膠-凝膠法制備的氧化鎂多孔材料結(jié)構(gòu)更為疏松,形成的凝膠骨架使得基體韌性增強(qiáng),燒成后形成三維網(wǎng)絡(luò)貫通氣孔,氣孔孔徑細(xì)小且均勻,氣孔尺寸多為納米級,此外燒后試樣全部為方鎂石相。
[Abstract]:The composition, structure and properties of magnesia porous materials prepared by foaming method and sol-gel method were compared and analyzed. The main raw materials were magnesite flotation tailings and fused magnesite, and sodium hexametaphosphate was added. Sodium citrate and 偽 -alumina powder were used as additives, and the premixed slurry was prepared by foaming sodium 12 alkyl sulfonate and stabilizing dextrin. The porous materials were prepared by the drying and sintering process. The porous materials were prepared by sol-gel method using magnesium chloride hexahydrate as precursor, polyoxyethylene (PEO) as phase separation inducer and propylene oxide (POO) as gel accelerator. The results show that the pore size of porous materials prepared by foaming method is controlled, most of them are closed pores, and the production process is simple, and the flotation tailings of magnesite are the main raw materials. Compared with foaming method, the structure of porous magnesium oxide prepared by sol-gel method is more loose, and the matrix toughness is enhanced by the formation of gel skeleton, and three dimensional network through pores are formed after sintering. The pore size is fine and uniform, and the pore size is nanometer, in addition, the samples are all periclase phase.
