【摘要】：采用等離子噴注法制備Al-10Fe合金,結(jié)合XRD、金相顯微鏡、維氏硬度儀、拉伸試驗機研究了Ni含量對合金顯微組織及力學(xué)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,等離子噴注法制備Al-10Fe合金由α-Al和Al3Fe組成,并能消除針狀共晶Al3Fe以生成網(wǎng)狀A(yù)l5FeNi,并能細(xì)化α-Al晶粒以及減小初晶Al3Fe顆粒尺寸;從而提高Al-10Fe合金的抗拉強度、伸長率及維氏硬度,Ni最佳添加量為1%。
[Abstract]:The effect of Ni content on microstructure and mechanical properties of Al-10Fe alloy was studied by plasma injection method, combined with XRD, metallographic microscope, Vickers hardness tester and tensile tester. The Al-10Fe alloy prepared by plasma injection is composed of 偽 -Al and Al3Fe, and the needle-like eutectic Al3Fe can be eliminated to form reticular Al _ 5FeNi. it can refine 偽 -Al grain and reduce the size of primary crystal Al3Fe, thus improving the tensile strength of Al-10Fe alloy. The optimum addition amount of elongation and Vickers hardness Ni is 1.
