【摘要】:在過(guò)量環(huán)氧氯丙烷中,以季銨鹽為催化劑,在阻聚劑存在的條件下,采用二氯甲烷共沸脫水,相轉(zhuǎn)移催化一鍋法制備了甲基丙烯酸縮水甘油酯?疾炝朔磻(yīng)時(shí)間,反應(yīng)溫度,催化劑種類等不同條件對(duì)產(chǎn)物收率的影響。結(jié)果表明,較佳的反應(yīng)條件是:催化劑采用四丁基氯化銨,阻聚劑用量為甲基丙烯酸的1%,環(huán)氧氯丙烷用量為甲基丙烯酸的600%,反應(yīng)溫度80~85℃,反應(yīng)時(shí)間3h。在此條件下,產(chǎn)物GC純度大于98.5%,收率大于89%。
[Abstract]:Glycidyl methacrylate was prepared by using dichloromethane azeotropic dehydration in the presence of polymerization inhibitor and quaternary ammonium salt in excess epichlorohydrin.
