【摘要】： 本文以法制新聞報道中的案例報道為研究對象,以系統(tǒng)功能語法中的及物性為分析方法,通過對不同性質(zhì)的案例報道中及物性系統(tǒng)各過程、參與者以及環(huán)境成分分布的考察,旨在揭示不同性質(zhì)的案例報道在實際傳播過程中所側(cè)重于實現(xiàn)的功能及其背后所隱含的社會意識形態(tài)意義。 本文分為三章：理論和方法、文本分析及問題與討論。 第一章,理論和方法。本章介紹了批評性話語分析的話語觀,系統(tǒng)功能語言學(xué)的語域理論,以及文章的分析方法一及物性,最后提出了文章的分析步驟,即觀察,說明,描述,解釋和評估。 第二章,文本分析。本章首先通過定量統(tǒng)計對法制新聞報道中案例報道的及物性系統(tǒng)各過程、參與者和環(huán)境成分的總體分布作了描述與說明,然后結(jié)合新聞學(xué)的相關(guān)知識給予定性解釋。接著,依據(jù)概率論和統(tǒng)計學(xué)中的“數(shù)學(xué)期望”概念,從文本中選取兩個案例做個案分析與考察,以得出不同性質(zhì)的案例報道,即民事案例報道和刑事案例報道在及物性系統(tǒng)方面所呈現(xiàn)出來的差異。最后,文章還特別關(guān)注以“法院”作為參與者的心理過程在案例報道中的高頻使用這一現(xiàn)象。 第三章,問題與討論。本章集中從法學(xué)和社會學(xué)的角度闡釋了不同性質(zhì)的案例報道所承載的不同的傳播功能以及新聞話語是如何通過案例報道對受眾個體的意識形態(tài)施加影響,進而實現(xiàn)其社會價值觀念建構(gòu)的目的,并得出以下結(jié)論： 第一,在實際傳播過程中,刑事案例報道側(cè)重于實現(xiàn)“預(yù)警與警示”的功能,民事案例報道側(cè)重于實現(xiàn)“普法與維權(quán)”的功能。 第二,案例報道在傳播的同時,其實完成的是社會意識形態(tài)的“滲透”,即新聞話語通過案例報道實現(xiàn)了受眾對國家權(quán)力的認(rèn)同和將“法律”內(nèi)化,使其成為個人和社會的生活方式。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the case report in the legal news report as the research object, takes the transitivity in the system functional grammar as the analytical method, through the investigation of the different nature of the case report and each process of the materiality system, the participant as well as the environmental component distribution. The purpose of this paper is to reveal the functions and the social ideological significance of the case reports of different nature in the process of actual communication. This paper is divided into three chapters: theory and method, text analysis, problems and discussion. Chapter 1, Theory and method. This chapter introduces the discourse view of critical discourse analysis, the register theory of systemic functional linguistics, and the analysis method and transitivity of the article. Finally, the paper puts forward the analytical steps of the article, that is, observation, explanation. Describe, explain and evaluate. Chapter two, text analysis. Firstly, this chapter describes and explains the process of case report and physical property system, the total distribution of participants and environmental components through quantitative statistics. Then, according to the concept of "mathematical expectation" in probability theory and statistics, two cases are selected from the text for case analysis and investigation, in order to obtain the case reports of different nature. Finally, the article pays special attention to the high frequency use of the psychological process of "court" as the participant in the case report. Chapter III, This chapter focuses on the different communication functions carried by different nature case reports and how news discourse exerts an influence on the individual ideology of the audience through case reports. Thus, the purpose of constructing its social values is realized, and the following conclusions are drawn:. Firstly, in the process of actual communication, criminal case report focuses on realizing the function of "warning and warning", and civil case report focuses on realizing the function of "popularizing law and protecting rights". Second, while case report is spreading, it actually accomplishes the "penetration" of social ideology, that is, news discourse realizes the audience's approval of state power and internalizes "law" through case report. Make it a personal and social way of life.
