【摘要】： 黨內(nèi)民主建設(shè)是一項艱巨的實踐過程,近些年來一直是熱點(diǎn)問題為黨內(nèi)外所關(guān)注。作為執(zhí)政黨,黨內(nèi)民主建設(shè)程度高低直接影響到國家民主和社會民主,是發(fā)展社會主義民主政治的關(guān)鍵和突破口。這些都要求我們要善于把握黨內(nèi)民主建設(shè)的重點(diǎn),不斷探索發(fā)展黨內(nèi)民主的路徑。 本文共分為序言、正文、結(jié)論三部分。在第一部分序言中,列出了國內(nèi)外黨內(nèi)民主建設(shè)的研究現(xiàn)狀,及對這一問題進(jìn)行深入研究的重要意義。論文的第二部分為正文部分。深入剖析了黨內(nèi)民主建設(shè)在新時期的重要意義,闡述了黨內(nèi)民主對黨的建設(shè)、對發(fā)展人民民主和構(gòu)建社會主義和諧社會的重要作用。通過對黨經(jīng)歷過的曲折和取得的成功進(jìn)行回顧與思考,利用歷史分析與邏輯分析相結(jié)合的方法進(jìn)行研究。將黨內(nèi)民主建設(shè)放在具體的歷史環(huán)境中進(jìn)行考察、歸納,在總結(jié)歷史、立足現(xiàn)實的基礎(chǔ)上對黨內(nèi)民主建設(shè)進(jìn)行深入的分析研究,進(jìn)一步加深了對黨內(nèi)民主發(fā)展規(guī)律及其現(xiàn)狀的了解、認(rèn)識。在此基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)并分析了黨內(nèi)民主建設(shè)的實踐經(jīng)驗和有益啟示,認(rèn)識到要推動黨內(nèi)民主建設(shè)理論的不斷創(chuàng)新;明確了要切實建立健全黨內(nèi)民主制度,形成黨內(nèi)民主機(jī)制,保障黨員民主權(quán)利;要以黨內(nèi)民主建設(shè)逐步推動人民民主的不斷進(jìn)步等重要經(jīng)驗。最后,通過對黨內(nèi)民主建設(shè)過程中取得的成績與不足的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,歸納得出對策和建議:要樹立正確的民主觀念,強(qiáng)化黨內(nèi)民主認(rèn)識。要充分尊重黨員主體地位,完善黨員民主權(quán)利保障制度。繼續(xù)改革和完善黨內(nèi)選舉制度,建立健全黨員民主參與機(jī)制。健全和完善黨內(nèi)監(jiān)督制度,提高黨內(nèi)監(jiān)督的實效性。努力擴(kuò)大干部工作中的民主。進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)黨內(nèi)決策的科學(xué)化、民主化建設(shè)。努力探索基層民主形式多樣化途徑。重視黨內(nèi)民主教育,積極營造黨內(nèi)民主文化氛圍。第三部分為結(jié)論部分。闡述了整篇文章的在黨內(nèi)民主建設(shè)方面的見解和看法以及黨內(nèi)民主建設(shè)研究的理論和實踐意義。 通過對黨內(nèi)民主建設(shè)的重要性、發(fā)展歷程及成功經(jīng)驗的總結(jié)分析,可以得出這樣一條結(jié)論,那就是,黨內(nèi)民主是馬克思主義政黨的生命之基、活力之源。黨內(nèi)民主建設(shè)是一項長期復(fù)雜的艱巨任務(wù)。發(fā)展黨內(nèi)民主,健全和完善黨內(nèi)民主機(jī)制,是一個直接關(guān)系到黨的生存和發(fā)展,關(guān)系到黨和國家政治生活穩(wěn)定,關(guān)系到黨和國家的事業(yè)興衰成敗的重大課題。
[Abstract]:The construction of inner-party democracy is a difficult practical process. In recent years, it has been a hot issue that has been concerned by both the Party and the Party. As a ruling party, the degree of inner-party democratic construction has a direct impact on national democracy and social democracy. It is the key and breakthrough of developing socialist democratic politics, which requires us to be good at grasping the key points of inner-party democratic construction and constantly explore the path of developing inner-party democracy. This paper is divided into three parts: preface, text and conclusion. In the first part, it lists the research status of inner-party democratic construction both at home and abroad. The second part of this paper is divided into the main body part. It deeply analyzes the significance of the inner-party democracy construction in the new period, and expounds the inner-party democracy to the party construction. The important role of developing people's democracy and building a harmonious socialist society. Through reviewing and pondering over the twists and turns experienced by the Party and its success, Using the method of combining historical analysis and logical analysis to study, to investigate and summarize the democratic construction within the Party in a specific historical environment, and to sum up history. On the basis of reality, the author makes an in-depth analysis and study on the construction of inner-party democracy, further deepening the understanding and understanding of the law of the development of inner-party democracy and its present situation. This paper summarizes and analyzes the practical experience and beneficial enlightenment of the inner-party democratic construction, recognizes that it is necessary to promote the constant innovation of the inner-party democratic construction theory, and makes clear that it is necessary to establish and perfect the inner-party democratic system and to form the inner-party democratic mechanism. To safeguard the democratic rights of party members, we should use the democratic construction within the Party to gradually promote the continuous progress of the people's democracy and other important experiences. Finally, through the analysis of the achievements and deficiencies in the process of inner-party democratic construction, The countermeasures and suggestions are summarized as follows: to establish a correct democratic concept, to strengthen the democratic understanding within the Party, to fully respect the status of party members as the main body, to perfect the guarantee system of party members' democratic rights, and to continue to reform and perfect the inner-party election system. To establish and improve the democratic participation mechanism of party members, to improve and perfect the inner-party supervision system, to improve the effectiveness of inner-party supervision, to strive to expand democracy in the work of cadres, and to further promote the scientific nature of inner-party decision-making, We should strive to explore the diversified ways of democratic forms at the grass-roots level, and attach importance to inner-party democratic education. The third part is the conclusion part, which expounds the opinions and views of the whole article in the construction of inner-party democracy and the theoretical and practical significance of the research on the inner-party democratic construction. By summing up and analyzing the importance, development and successful experience of the construction of inner-party democracy, we can draw a conclusion that inner-party democracy is the foundation of the life of Marxist political parties. Development of inner-party democracy, perfection and perfection of inner-party democratic mechanism is a matter directly related to the survival and development of the Party and the stability of the political life of the Party and the country.
