【摘要】:發(fā)展了一種利用原位水熱法,通過采用殼聚糖/SiO_2復(fù)合涂層對載體表面修飾和改性,實(shí)現(xiàn)在載體表面獲得密度高且均一b-軸取向MFI型分子篩晶粒層的方法。考察了復(fù)合涂層中殼聚糖/SiO2質(zhì)量比、分子篩合成液配比及晶化時間對取向晶種層的影響規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,殼聚糖與SiO_2質(zhì)量比為0.15、分子篩合成液配比為1TPAOH∶0.2TEOS∶90H2O、170℃反應(yīng)3h時,在玻璃載體表面得到連續(xù)、致密且高度b-軸取向的MFI型分子篩晶種層。
[Abstract]:An in-situ hydrothermal method was developed to modify and modify the surface of the carrier by using chitosan / SiOs-2 composite coating. The method of obtaining MFI molecular sieve grain layer with high density and uniform b-axis orientation on the surface of the carrier was achieved. The mass ratio of chitosan / Sio _ 2 in the composite coating was investigated. The effect of molecular sieve synthesis liquid ratio and crystallization time on the oriented seed layer was studied.
