【摘要】：法治意識是法治國家的思想靈魂,是我國實現(xiàn)依法治國總目標的前提和基礎。黨中央歷次實踐探索證明,法治國家的建設需要軟硬件來支撐。依法治國是一個系統(tǒng)工程,不僅需要一套完備的國家法律制度作為硬性條件,以確�？茖W立法、嚴格執(zhí)法、公正司法;更需要精神層面的法治意識作為軟件支撐,實現(xiàn)全民守法。推動全社會樹立法治意識是我黨加快建設社會主義法治國家的時代任務。增強全民的法治意識,形成依法辦事、依法作為的法治氛圍,使全體公民成為社會主義法治的崇信者、遵守者和捍衛(wèi)者,對于全面推進社會主義法治國家建設意義重大。法治意識是公民的理性品質,高中生作為公民的重要群體,是社會主義法治國家的建設者和接班人。重點培養(yǎng)高中生的法治意識,增強高中生厲行法治的自覺性和主動性,既是保障高中生成長成才的必要條件,也是加強現(xiàn)代公民維權履責的內(nèi)在要求,更是實現(xiàn)依法治國總目標的重要舉措,應當成為當前法治教育的重要內(nèi)容。中學法治教育的培養(yǎng)目標要求增強高中生的法治意識。基于法治與法制內(nèi)涵及其二者關系的梳理,從崇法、學法、用法、守法的邏輯層面,將法治意識的內(nèi)容構成歸結為,尊崇法律意識、法治認知意識、依法維權意識、依法履責意識、程序規(guī)則意識,豐富了高中生法治意識的外延。論文旨在增強高中生法治意識培養(yǎng)實效,探討培養(yǎng)高中生法治意識的有效路徑。通過問卷調(diào)查、個別訪談等研究方法,具體運用到南充市三所不同類別的高中(四川省南充市南充高級中學、南充一中和李渡中學)開展調(diào)查。以點看面,管窺蠡測,客觀把握當前高中生法治意識的現(xiàn)狀、問題及其成因,構建由政府、學校、社會、家庭和學生共同組成的“五位一體”的培養(yǎng)高中生法治意識的網(wǎng)絡體系,希望能為當前做好高中生法治意識的培養(yǎng)工作提供現(xiàn)實參考。
[Abstract]:The consciousness of the rule of law is the soul of the country ruled by law and the premise and foundation of our country to achieve the general goal of governing the country according to law. The construction of a country ruled by law needs the support of hardware and software. Ruling the country according to law is a systematic project, which not only needs a complete national legal system as a hard condition, but also ensures scientific legislation, strict law enforcement and fair administration of justice. The spirit of the awareness of the rule of law as software support, to achieve the law of the whole people, to promote the whole society to establish awareness of the rule of law is our party to speed up the construction of a socialist country ruled by law, and enhance the awareness of the rule of law of the whole people. To form a legal atmosphere of handling affairs according to law and act according to law, so that all citizens become worshippers, adherents and defenders of socialist rule of law. It is of great significance to promote the construction of socialist country ruled by law in an all-round way. The consciousness of rule of law is the rational quality of citizens, and high school students are an important group of citizens. It is the constructor and successor of the socialist country ruled by law. It is necessary to cultivate the consciousness of rule of law of senior high school students and to strengthen their consciousness and initiative to enforce the rule of law, which is the necessary condition to ensure the high school students to grow up and become talented. It is also the internal requirement of strengthening modern citizens' rights and responsibilities, and it is also an important measure to achieve the general goal of governing the country according to law. It should become an important content of the current education of rule of law. The training goal of the education of rule of law in middle school requires the enhancement of high school students' awareness of the rule of law. In the logical level of abiding by the law, the content of the consciousness of rule of law is summed up as the consciousness of respecting the law, the awareness of the rule of law, the consciousness of protecting rights according to law, the consciousness of acting according to law and the consciousness of the rules of procedure. Enriched the extension of high school students' awareness of the rule of law. This paper aims to enhance the effectiveness of high school students' awareness of the rule of law, explore the effective way to cultivate high school students' awareness of the rule of law. Through questionnaires, individual interviews and other research methods. Specifically used in Nanchong City three different types of high schools (Nanchong City, Sichuan Province, Nanchong High School, Nanchong No. 1 Middle School and Li du Middle School) to carry out the investigation. Objectively grasp the current situation, problems and causes of high school students' awareness of the rule of law, and build a "five-in-one" network system that is composed of government, school, society, family and students to cultivate high school students' awareness of the rule of law. Hope to provide practical reference for the training of high school students'awareness of the rule of law.
