【摘要】：法治意識(shí)是法治國家的思想靈魂,是我國實(shí)現(xiàn)依法治國總目標(biāo)的前提和基礎(chǔ)。黨中央歷次實(shí)踐探索證明,法治國家的建設(shè)需要軟硬件來支撐。依法治國是一個(gè)系統(tǒng)工程,不僅需要一套完備的國家法律制度作為硬性條件,以確�？茖W(xué)立法、嚴(yán)格執(zhí)法、公正司法;更需要精神層面的法治意識(shí)作為軟件支撐,實(shí)現(xiàn)全民守法。推動(dòng)全社會(huì)樹立法治意識(shí)是我黨加快建設(shè)社會(huì)主義法治國家的時(shí)代任務(wù)。增強(qiáng)全民的法治意識(shí),形成依法辦事、依法作為的法治氛圍,使全體公民成為社會(huì)主義法治的崇信者、遵守者和捍衛(wèi)者,對于全面推進(jìn)社會(huì)主義法治國家建設(shè)意義重大。法治意識(shí)是公民的理性品質(zhì),高中生作為公民的重要群體,是社會(huì)主義法治國家的建設(shè)者和接班人。重點(diǎn)培養(yǎng)高中生的法治意識(shí),增強(qiáng)高中生厲行法治的自覺性和主動(dòng)性,既是保障高中生成長成才的必要條件,也是加強(qiáng)現(xiàn)代公民維權(quán)履責(zé)的內(nèi)在要求,更是實(shí)現(xiàn)依法治國總目標(biāo)的重要舉措,應(yīng)當(dāng)成為當(dāng)前法治教育的重要內(nèi)容。中學(xué)法治教育的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)要求增強(qiáng)高中生的法治意識(shí)。基于法治與法制內(nèi)涵及其二者關(guān)系的梳理,從崇法、學(xué)法、用法、守法的邏輯層面,將法治意識(shí)的內(nèi)容構(gòu)成歸結(jié)為,尊崇法律意識(shí)、法治認(rèn)知意識(shí)、依法維權(quán)意識(shí)、依法履責(zé)意識(shí)、程序規(guī)則意識(shí),豐富了高中生法治意識(shí)的外延。論文旨在增強(qiáng)高中生法治意識(shí)培養(yǎng)實(shí)效,探討培養(yǎng)高中生法治意識(shí)的有效路徑。通過問卷調(diào)查、個(gè)別訪談等研究方法,具體運(yùn)用到南充市三所不同類別的高中(四川省南充市南充高級中學(xué)、南充一中和李渡中學(xué))開展調(diào)查。以點(diǎn)看面,管窺蠡測,客觀把握當(dāng)前高中生法治意識(shí)的現(xiàn)狀、問題及其成因,構(gòu)建由政府、學(xué)校、社會(huì)、家庭和學(xué)生共同組成的“五位一體”的培養(yǎng)高中生法治意識(shí)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)體系,希望能為當(dāng)前做好高中生法治意識(shí)的培養(yǎng)工作提供現(xiàn)實(shí)參考。
[Abstract]:The consciousness of the rule of law is the soul of the country ruled by law and the premise and foundation of our country to achieve the general goal of governing the country according to law. The construction of a country ruled by law needs the support of hardware and software. Ruling the country according to law is a systematic project, which not only needs a complete national legal system as a hard condition, but also ensures scientific legislation, strict law enforcement and fair administration of justice. The spirit of the awareness of the rule of law as software support, to achieve the law of the whole people, to promote the whole society to establish awareness of the rule of law is our party to speed up the construction of a socialist country ruled by law, and enhance the awareness of the rule of law of the whole people. To form a legal atmosphere of handling affairs according to law and act according to law, so that all citizens become worshippers, adherents and defenders of socialist rule of law. It is of great significance to promote the construction of socialist country ruled by law in an all-round way. The consciousness of rule of law is the rational quality of citizens, and high school students are an important group of citizens. It is the constructor and successor of the socialist country ruled by law. It is necessary to cultivate the consciousness of rule of law of senior high school students and to strengthen their consciousness and initiative to enforce the rule of law, which is the necessary condition to ensure the high school students to grow up and become talented. It is also the internal requirement of strengthening modern citizens' rights and responsibilities, and it is also an important measure to achieve the general goal of governing the country according to law. It should become an important content of the current education of rule of law. The training goal of the education of rule of law in middle school requires the enhancement of high school students' awareness of the rule of law. In the logical level of abiding by the law, the content of the consciousness of rule of law is summed up as the consciousness of respecting the law, the awareness of the rule of law, the consciousness of protecting rights according to law, the consciousness of acting according to law and the consciousness of the rules of procedure. Enriched the extension of high school students' awareness of the rule of law. This paper aims to enhance the effectiveness of high school students' awareness of the rule of law, explore the effective way to cultivate high school students' awareness of the rule of law. Through questionnaires, individual interviews and other research methods. Specifically used in Nanchong City three different types of high schools (Nanchong City, Sichuan Province, Nanchong High School, Nanchong No. 1 Middle School and Li du Middle School) to carry out the investigation. Objectively grasp the current situation, problems and causes of high school students' awareness of the rule of law, and build a "five-in-one" network system that is composed of government, school, society, family and students to cultivate high school students' awareness of the rule of law. Hope to provide practical reference for the training of high school students'awareness of the rule of law.
