【摘要】：我國(guó)法治方略的形成可以從三個(gè)維度來理解。從治國(guó)理政的維度看來,法治不同時(shí)期有不同的內(nèi)容,先后表現(xiàn)為服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)、完善民主,治理國(guó)家,全面建成小康社會(huì)的基本方略。從實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代化的維度看來,從融入新的"三步走"戰(zhàn)略,到"建設(shè)和諧社會(huì)主義國(guó)家",再到"促進(jìn)國(guó)家治理現(xiàn)代化",法治進(jìn)入中國(guó)的現(xiàn)代化事業(yè),最后和現(xiàn)代化融為一體。從法治建設(shè)的維度看來,法治有自己的"三步走"方略:即建立市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)法律體系,構(gòu)建法律體系,建設(shè)法治體系。三個(gè)維度見證了我國(guó)社會(huì)主義法治方略的形成,體現(xiàn)了中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨對(duì)法治國(guó)家的執(zhí)著追求和對(duì)法治規(guī)律的深刻認(rèn)識(shí)。
[Abstract]:The formation of our country's rule of law strategy can be understood from three dimensions. From the perspective of governance and governance, the rule of law has different contents in different periods, which has been shown as service economy, perfect democracy, and govern the country. The basic strategy of building a well-off society in an all-round way. From the perspective of realizing modernization, from integrating into the new "three-step" strategy, to "building a harmonious socialist country", to "promoting the modernization of national governance". From the perspective of the construction of the rule of law, the rule of law has its own "three-step" strategy: establishing the legal system of market economy and constructing the legal system. The three dimensions witnessed the formation of the socialist rule of law strategy in China and embodied the Communist Party of China's persistent pursuit of the country ruled by law and the profound understanding of the law of the rule of law.
