【摘要】：正反腐敗斗爭肩負(fù)著雙重任務(wù),在不間斷的自我完善中擔(dān)負(fù)起社會建設(shè)的重任,而法治認(rèn)同就是反腐敗發(fā)揮其社會構(gòu)建功能的著力點。反腐敗斗爭要與法治社會建設(shè)協(xié)同并進,必須在清除腐敗的同時關(guān)注人們法治認(rèn)同的形成。良好的法治認(rèn)同應(yīng)該是以對依法共治的認(rèn)同為核心,以對法為治體、治為法本的認(rèn)同為經(jīng),以對明德修身、德為治先的認(rèn)同為緯的立體結(jié)構(gòu)。反腐敗斗爭中只有形成這樣結(jié)構(gòu)的法治認(rèn)同,才能順應(yīng)時代發(fā)展
[Abstract]:The struggle against corruption shoulders a dual task and shoulders the heavy task of social construction in the process of continuous self-improvement. The identity of the rule of law is the focus of anti-corruption to play its role in social construction. The struggle against corruption should be coordinated with the construction of a society ruled by law. At the same time, we must pay attention to the formation of people's recognition of the rule of law. A good identity of the rule of law should be based on the recognition of the rule of law as the core, law as the body of governance, governance as the identity of the law as the basis, and moral self-cultivation in the Ming Dynasty. In the struggle against corruption, only the recognition of the rule of law with such a structure can conform to the development of the times.
