【摘要】：我國(guó)電視法治節(jié)目從無到有,逐步發(fā)展,在數(shù)量和形態(tài)上都取得了重大突破。這不僅僅為電視節(jié)目提供了更加豐富的內(nèi)容,更重要的是在普及法律知識(shí)、推動(dòng)法治建設(shè)方面發(fā)揮了不可磨滅的作用。《法治在線》作為我國(guó)第一檔新聞?lì)惙ㄖ喂?jié)目,始終緊扣欄目宗旨：“緊扣中國(guó)法治進(jìn)程脈搏,關(guān)注法治領(lǐng)域熱點(diǎn),揭示人與法的復(fù)雜關(guān)系,體現(xiàn)人文關(guān)懷和法治精神�！奔婢叻ㄖ螌ｎ}和新聞紀(jì)實(shí)屬性的《法治在線》在節(jié)目編排、報(bào)道特點(diǎn)、欄目形式上都在不斷地摸索、總結(jié)、創(chuàng)新。但是,由于綜藝類以及其他類型節(jié)目的大量推出,法治節(jié)目的市場(chǎng)份額近年來呈下降趨勢(shì)；另外,目前的電視法治節(jié)目同質(zhì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈、創(chuàng)新潛力不足使得目標(biāo)受眾群逐漸流失。《法治在線》只能從不斷地創(chuàng)新和改版中來提高自己的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。 本文梳理了我國(guó)電視法治節(jié)目的發(fā)展歷程,總結(jié)了每個(gè)階段的節(jié)目特點(diǎn)�！斗ㄖ卧诰�》誕生于繁榮期,在專題類和說法類節(jié)目盛行的形勢(shì)下開創(chuàng)了新的節(jié)目樣態(tài)。本文闡明了《法治在線》開播的時(shí)代背景和頻道定位,著重講述了《法治在線》的報(bào)道特點(diǎn)和主題活動(dòng),針對(duì)節(jié)目發(fā)展中遇到的困境做出分析,提出了應(yīng)對(duì)策略。
[Abstract]:In our country, the program of rule of law has made a great breakthrough in quantity and form, which not only provides more abundant content for TV programs, but also popularizes legal knowledge. Promoting the construction of the rule of law has played an indelible role. As the first news program of rule of law in our country, it always follows the column tenet: "closely follow the pulse of the process of rule of law in China, and pay close attention to the hot spot in the field of rule of law." Revealing the complex relationship between human beings and law, embodying humanistic concern and the spirit of ruling by law. "the" Rule of Law online ", which has both the special features of the rule of law and the documentary character of news, is constantly groping in program arrangement, reporting characteristics, and column form. Summary, innovation. However, due to the variety arts and other types of programs launched in large numbers, the market share of rule of law programs in recent years showed a downward trend; In addition, the current TV programs under the rule of law have fierce homogeneous competition and lack of innovation potential, which makes the target audience lose gradually. "Rule of law online" can only improve its competitive advantage through continuous innovation and revision. This article combs the development course of the TV program of rule of law in our country, summarizes the program characteristic of each stage. "Rule of law online" was born in the prosperous period. Under the situation of the popularity of special and narrative programs, a new program pattern has been created. This paper expounds the background of the launch of "Rule of Law online" and the channel orientation. This paper focuses on the reporting characteristics and thematic activities of "Rule of Law online", analyzes the difficulties encountered in the development of the program, and puts forward some countermeasures.
