【摘要】：群眾路線既是黨的生命線和根本工作路線,又是貫穿治國理政的主線。新形勢下推動經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展離不開黨的群眾路線,群眾路線在新形勢下的貫徹要有新的內(nèi)容和形式。共享發(fā)展理念作為治國理政的科學(xué)理念和堅持群眾路線的基本精神,是群眾路線在發(fā)展觀上的新要求和新體現(xiàn),為新形勢下群眾路線的內(nèi)容延伸和方式創(chuàng)新提供有力牽引。共享發(fā)展理念對群眾路線創(chuàng)新的牽引體現(xiàn)在價值牽引、范圍牽引和路徑牽引三個方面。本文以共享發(fā)展為橋梁,從任務(wù)、制度和政策三個層面探索群眾路線在新形勢下的創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:The mass line is not only the lifeline and fundamental working line of the Party, but also the main line running through the governance of the country. Under the new situation, the promotion of economic and social development can not be separated from the party's mass line, and the implementation of the mass line under the new situation should have new contents and forms. As the scientific idea of governing the country and the basic spirit of adhering to the mass line, the concept of shared development is the new requirement and embodiment of the mass line in the concept of development, and provides a powerful traction for the content extension and mode innovation of the mass line under the new situation. The traction of the concept of shared development to the innovation of mass line is embodied in three aspects: value traction, scope traction and path traction. Taking shared development as a bridge, this paper explores the innovation of mass line in the new situation from three aspects: task, system and policy.
