【摘要】：列寧無(wú)產(chǎn)階級(jí)專政理論是當(dāng)今世界范圍內(nèi)影響最深遠(yuǎn)的關(guān)于社會(huì)主義建設(shè)的理論,它既指導(dǎo)了俄國(guó)革命,又正確解決了社會(huì)的主要矛盾,實(shí)現(xiàn)了俄國(guó)的偉大復(fù)興;又能夠指導(dǎo)未來(lái)世界范圍內(nèi)一系列社會(huì)主義國(guó)家的革命和建設(shè)活動(dòng)。長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)學(xué)界關(guān)于列寧無(wú)產(chǎn)階級(jí)專政的理論研究眾說紛紜,也有人分析了列寧無(wú)產(chǎn)階級(jí)專政理論同歷史現(xiàn)象的關(guān)系,本文就從理論和實(shí)踐兩個(gè)角度出發(fā)來(lái)深入研究列寧無(wú)產(chǎn)階級(jí)專政理論產(chǎn)生的背景以及整體的理論體系。首先,不可否認(rèn)的是,列寧的無(wú)產(chǎn)階級(jí)專政理論是一個(gè)非常系統(tǒng)完整的理論體系,包括諸多方面例如無(wú)產(chǎn)階級(jí)專政的重要方式和重要途徑即武力反抗反動(dòng)統(tǒng)治的必要性以及無(wú)產(chǎn)階級(jí)專政的必要性;無(wú)產(chǎn)階級(jí)這個(gè)階級(jí)特殊的歷史使命和自身的性質(zhì)以及如何鞏固無(wú)產(chǎn)階級(jí)專政等都屬于列寧無(wú)產(chǎn)階級(jí)專政理論的重要理論因素。1其次,列寧所提出的無(wú)產(chǎn)階級(jí)專政理論中,相當(dāng)一部分觀點(diǎn)不是列寧獨(dú)創(chuàng)的,而是從歐洲其他工人運(yùn)動(dòng)和空想社會(huì)主義的歷史實(shí)踐中,脫胎而來(lái)的。列寧在整理歸納無(wú)產(chǎn)階級(jí)專政理論時(shí),也著重參考了馬克思恩格斯的唯物主義歷史史觀,吸收前人文獻(xiàn)中的精華,形成了列寧自己獨(dú)特的無(wú)產(chǎn)階級(jí)專政理論。因此,本文也研究了列寧無(wú)產(chǎn)階級(jí)專政理論的理論來(lái)源和實(shí)踐來(lái)源,從歷史實(shí)踐的角度分析了列寧無(wú)產(chǎn)階級(jí)專政理論的先進(jìn)性和可行性。再次,列寧無(wú)產(chǎn)階級(jí)專政理論產(chǎn)生于特殊的歷史時(shí)期,在俄國(guó)1905年革命和十月革命前后都發(fā)生過重要的影響,但是在列寧死后,無(wú)產(chǎn)階級(jí)專政理論受到了西方學(xué)者的批駁和反對(duì),本文綜合整理了西方學(xué)者對(duì)列寧無(wú)產(chǎn)階級(jí)專政理論的批評(píng)要點(diǎn),根據(jù)這些要點(diǎn)找出證據(jù)一一回?fù)粑鞣綄W(xué)者對(duì)列無(wú)產(chǎn)階級(jí)專政理論的污蔑和歪曲,從后來(lái)的實(shí)踐中可以證明,列寧關(guān)于無(wú)產(chǎn)階級(jí)專政理論的論述是完全正確的,是符合歷史發(fā)展實(shí)際的,只有列寧的無(wú)產(chǎn)階級(jí)專政理論能解決那個(gè)時(shí)期俄國(guó)特殊的社會(huì)危機(jī),也能夠打碎舊的國(guó)家機(jī)器和法律制度。2整體來(lái)說,本文的研究分為四個(gè)部分,第一部分,簡(jiǎn)要介紹了本論文研究的背景、意義與方法以及論文研究的主要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)。第二部分研究了列寧無(wú)產(chǎn)階級(jí)專政理論產(chǎn)生的條件,包括無(wú)產(chǎn)階級(jí)專政理論的理論淵源以及無(wú)產(chǎn)階級(jí)專政理論的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)。第三部分研究了列寧無(wú)產(chǎn)階級(jí)專政理論的體系,包括無(wú)產(chǎn)階級(jí)專政的必要性和無(wú)產(chǎn)階級(jí)專政的內(nèi)涵和實(shí)質(zhì),以及如何鞏固無(wú)產(chǎn)階級(jí)專政的措施。第四部分,本文研究了西方學(xué)者對(duì)列寧無(wú)產(chǎn)階級(jí)專政理論誣蔑的幾個(gè)代表性觀點(diǎn),并且針對(duì)這些西方學(xué)者提出觀點(diǎn)的理論依據(jù),一一提出反對(duì)意見,反擊了西方學(xué)者對(duì)列寧無(wú)產(chǎn)階級(jí)專政理論的歪曲和誤解,希望能夠讓后來(lái)的人們正確認(rèn)識(shí)和評(píng)判列寧的無(wú)產(chǎn)階級(jí)專政理論的歷史貢獻(xiàn),在本文的最后也對(duì)本次研究的主要內(nèi)容作了歸納和總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:The theory of the dictatorship of the proletariat of Lenin is the most far-reaching theory of the socialist construction in the world, which not only guides the Russian revolution, but also correctly solves the main contradiction of the society, and realizes the great revival of Russia; And also can guide the revolution and construction activities of a series of socialist countries in the future world. The theory of the dictatorship of Lenin's proletariat for a long time has been widely spoken, and the relationship between the theory of the dictatorship of the proletarian dictatorship and the historical phenomenon has also been analyzed. In this paper, the background of the theory of the dictatorship of the proletarian dictatorship and the theoretical system of the whole are studied in the light of both the theory and the practice. First, it is undeniable that Lenin's theory of the dictatorship of the proletariat is a very systematic and complete theoretical system, including many aspects, such as the important way of the dictatorship of the proletariat and the necessity of the use of force against the reactionary rule and the necessity of the dictatorship of the proletariat; The special historical mission and the nature of the class of the proletariat and how to consolidate the dictatorship of the proletariat belong to the important theoretical factor of the theory of the dictatorship of the proletariat. But in the history of other European workers' movement and Utopian socialism, it came out of the tire. In the development of the theory of the dictatorship of the proletariat, Lenin also focused on the historical materialism of the materialism of Marx and Engels, and absorbed the essence of the previous literature, and formed the theory of Lenin's own unique dictatorship of the proletariat. Therefore, this paper also studies the theoretical source and practical source of the theory of the dictatorship of the proletarian dictatorship, and analyses the advanced and feasible of the theory of the dictatorship of the proletarian dictatorship from the angle of the historical practice. Once again, the theory of the dictatorship of the proletariat of Lenin was born in a special historical period, and had an important influence both before and after the revolution of the Russian 1905 and the October Revolution, but after the death of Lenin, the theory of the dictatorship of the proletariat was criticized and opposed by the western scholars. In this paper, the key points of the western scholars' criticism of the theory of the dictatorship of the proletarian dictatorship of the proletariat are summarized, and the evidence is found out in the light of these points, and the comments and distortion of the theory of the dictatorship of the proletariat by the western scholars are found out, and it can be proved from the later practice. Lenin's exposition of the theory of the dictatorship of the proletariat is completely correct, is in accordance with the historical development practice, only Lenin's theory of the dictatorship of the proletariat can solve the special social crisis of Russia in that period, and can break the old national machinery and the legal system. The research of this paper is divided into four parts, and the first part briefly introduces the background, meaning and method of the research and the main innovation points and difficulties of the paper. The second part studies the conditions of the theory of the dictatorship of the proletarian dictatorship, including the theoretical origin of the theory of the dictatorship of the proletariat and the practical experience of the theory of the dictatorship of the proletariat. The third part studies the system of the theory of the dictatorship of the proletariat, including the necessity of the dictatorship of the proletariat and the connotation and essence of the dictatorship of the proletariat, and the measures to consolidate the dictatorship of the proletariat. In the fourth part, this paper studies some of the representative views of the western scholars to libel the theory of the dictatorship of the proletarian dictatorship, and puts forward an objection to these western scholars, and counteracts the distortion and misunderstanding of the western scholars to the theory of the dictatorship of the proletariat of Lenin. It is hoped that later people can correctly understand and judge the historical contribution of Lenin's theory of the dictatorship of the proletariat, and the main contents of this study are summarized and summarized.
