【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡(luò)的產(chǎn)生和發(fā)展對于人們的現(xiàn)實生活產(chǎn)生了重大、深遠的影響。人類自進入網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會以來，在政治、經(jīng)濟、文化、社會等各個方面越來越多的依賴于網(wǎng)絡(luò)。網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情伴隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)的發(fā)展，應(yīng)運而生。網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情作為輿情在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)載體下的特殊形式，直觀的反映了人們對于現(xiàn)實生活的情緒、認識、態(tài)度和反應(yīng)。 我國現(xiàn)在正處在社會轉(zhuǎn)型的時期，構(gòu)建和諧社會的任務(wù)刻不容緩。政府能否對社情民意有正確的認識和把握，將直接影響能否正確開展和諧社會的構(gòu)建。網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情作為輿情的一種，快速、直觀的反映了社情民意，是社情民意的集中體現(xiàn)。能否正確引導(dǎo)、怎樣引導(dǎo)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情向健康、積極的方向發(fā)展，是我們在構(gòu)建和諧社會的時候必須解決的問題。 本文從網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的概念、網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的特點、合理引導(dǎo)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的必要性以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的治理等四個方面，，研究和諧社會背景下的我國網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情。文章分為五個部分：第一部分是緒論，主要闡明選題的背景、意義，研究現(xiàn)狀，研究的思路、方法和研究的難點。第二部分通過辨析輿情和網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的概念，進而得出網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的特點。第三部分通過辨析網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的積極影響和消極影響，得出合理引導(dǎo)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的必要性。第四部分主要講治理網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情需要遵循的原則和治理網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情對策。第五部分是結(jié)語。
[Abstract]:The emergence and development of the network has a great and far-reaching impact on people's real life. Since entering the network society, human beings have relied more and more on the network in politics, economy, culture, society and so on. With the development of the network, network public opinion emerges as the times require. As a special form of public opinion under the carrier of the Internet, network public opinion intuitively reflects people's emotion, understanding, attitude and reaction to real life. China is now in a period of social transformation, the task of building a harmonious society is urgent. Whether the government can have a correct understanding and grasp of social conditions and public opinion will directly affect whether the construction of a harmonious society can be carried out correctly. As a kind of public opinion, network public opinion reflects social public opinion quickly and intuitively, and is the concentrated embodiment of social public opinion. Whether or not we can correctly guide and how to guide the development of network public opinion to a healthy and positive direction is a problem that we must solve when building a harmonious society. This paper studies the network public opinion in China under the background of harmonious society from four aspects: the concept of network public opinion, the characteristics of network public opinion, the necessity of reasonably guiding network public opinion and the governance of network public opinion. The article is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction, which mainly expounds the background, significance, research status, research ideas, methods and difficulties of the topic. The second part analyzes the concept of public opinion and network public opinion, and then obtains the characteristics of network public opinion. The third part analyzes the positive and negative effects of network public opinion, and obtains the necessity of reasonably guiding network public opinion. The fourth part mainly focuses on the principles to be followed and the countermeasures to govern the network public opinion. The fifth part is the conclusion.
