馬克思市民社會(huì)理論視閾下網(wǎng)絡(luò)公共領(lǐng)域治理

【摘要】:網(wǎng)絡(luò)公共領(lǐng)域在技術(shù)的推動(dòng)下走入歷史舞臺(tái),但是作為推動(dòng)要素的“技術(shù)決定論”卻在其甚囂塵上之時(shí)失去了解釋力。市民社會(huì)作為一個(gè)緣起于西方的概念,經(jīng)過了古典、現(xiàn)代和當(dāng)代三個(gè)階段的詮釋。馬克思對(duì)于黑格爾的“市民社會(huì)”的概念進(jìn)行批判的發(fā)展,不但揭示了“市民社會(huì)”的本質(zhì),即市民社會(huì)并非只是某種經(jīng)濟(jì)上的特殊語(yǔ)句,而是我們正確面對(duì)和解釋社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型過程中社會(huì)生活變化的重要工具,同時(shí)也為我們提供了一種敘事學(xué)上的研究方法。這種社會(huì)敘事的研究框架以參與主體、制度環(huán)境和關(guān)系秩序作為邏輯上遞進(jìn)的三要素。在自然空間、社會(huì)空間和歷史空間所組成的“三重空間”中建構(gòu)了具有明確的敘事對(duì)象、清楚的敘事線索和固定的敘事方式的關(guān)于市民社會(huì)的社會(huì)敘事研究框架。 由于“脫域機(jī)制”的存在,中國(guó)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)公共領(lǐng)域從公共領(lǐng)域中脫離出來成為一個(gè)相對(duì)獨(dú)立的域面。脫離出來的網(wǎng)絡(luò)公共領(lǐng)域依然具備有公共領(lǐng)域的一般特點(diǎn),即:在這個(gè)域面之上有一群具有獨(dú)立思考精神的網(wǎng)民;網(wǎng)絡(luò)社交媒體的成熟保證了他們能夠進(jìn)行暢通的交流;而網(wǎng)絡(luò)公共領(lǐng)域形成的共識(shí)和公共輿論能夠作用于現(xiàn)實(shí),并且改造現(xiàn)實(shí)。在全球的現(xiàn)代性視角中,中國(guó)的市民社會(huì)雖然沒有按照西方的經(jīng)典道路一步一步發(fā)展,但在“時(shí)間”和“空間”被置換的網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間找到了新的生長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)。這樣的回歸分析,為生產(chǎn)敘事到生活敘事提供了一種可能性。 在市民社會(huì)理論下,以馬克思的社會(huì)敘事框架進(jìn)行現(xiàn)實(shí)檢查,首先討論了中國(guó)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)公共領(lǐng)域所發(fā)生的空間場(chǎng)所和邊界問題,而由網(wǎng)絡(luò)公共領(lǐng)域“自行事”所帶來的“自賦困境”與所在虛擬社區(qū)交互關(guān)系下的“他賦困境”共同帶來了中國(guó)網(wǎng)絡(luò)公共領(lǐng)域的表達(dá)悖論。由于私人領(lǐng)域與公共領(lǐng)域沒有形成明晰分界,“集市模式”的存在又使得市民社會(huì)在網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)代面臨著“同質(zhì)相異”和“異質(zhì)趨同”的矛盾選擇,群體極化現(xiàn)象因?yàn)橹袊?guó)市民社會(huì)的先天不足和后天營(yíng)養(yǎng)不良帶來了文明之外的話語(yǔ)暴力。文化墮距導(dǎo)致了制度的主流話語(yǔ)與網(wǎng)絡(luò)公共領(lǐng)域的流行話語(yǔ)成為對(duì)立的語(yǔ)言系統(tǒng),敘事的路徑依賴在媒介變化性和多樣性的變遷中也逐漸變化。媒介話語(yǔ)空間的流變也給網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化提供了多樣的選擇,從而生產(chǎn)化生活和生活化生產(chǎn)的具體敘事機(jī)制都在不斷地自我重新感知和適應(yīng)。 為了整理網(wǎng)絡(luò)公共領(lǐng)域社會(huì)敘事的邏輯,我們重新回到社會(huì)敘事研究框架下研究市民社會(huì)的幾個(gè)要素,即主體行為、制度環(huán)境和價(jià)值規(guī)范。并以它們?yōu)榛A(chǔ),借助鏡像理論,在案例中找尋理論的真實(shí)反映,找出中國(guó)網(wǎng)絡(luò)公共領(lǐng)域的現(xiàn)實(shí)問題,并對(duì)其原因進(jìn)行分析。 基于合乎邏輯的動(dòng)力,我們希望在整理好的邏輯中獲取更實(shí)際的現(xiàn)實(shí)操作意義,即如何在中國(guó)網(wǎng)絡(luò)公共領(lǐng)域的治理中推進(jìn)中國(guó)的市民社會(huì)構(gòu)建。首先從社會(huì)敘事入手,發(fā)現(xiàn)市民社會(huì)理論的真理性;根據(jù)真理和實(shí)踐之間的關(guān)系推導(dǎo),探索市民社會(huì)理論的實(shí)踐意義。其次,在唯物史觀的視域下,從實(shí)踐中的人(中觀層面)、交往中的人(微觀層面)和歷史中的人(宏觀層面)來探討在通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)公共領(lǐng)域構(gòu)建中國(guó)市民社會(huì)的主體的行為、主體的社會(huì)化和主體的發(fā)展。最后,從技術(shù)操作、主體選擇和法治的精神三個(gè)維度來構(gòu)建中國(guó)市民社會(huì)的硬件基礎(chǔ)(發(fā)生場(chǎng)所)、主體的行為和行為所應(yīng)遵循的秩序。

In the "triple space" of the natural space, the social space and the historical space, the social narrative research framework of the civil society with the clear narrative object, the clear narrative thread and the fixed narrative way is constructed.
