【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡(luò)公共領(lǐng)域在技術(shù)的推動下走入歷史舞臺,但是作為推動要素的“技術(shù)決定論”卻在其甚囂塵上之時失去了解釋力。市民社會作為一個緣起于西方的概念,經(jīng)過了古典、現(xiàn)代和當(dāng)代三個階段的詮釋。馬克思對于黑格爾的“市民社會”的概念進(jìn)行批判的發(fā)展,不但揭示了“市民社會”的本質(zhì),即市民社會并非只是某種經(jīng)濟(jì)上的特殊語句,而是我們正確面對和解釋社會轉(zhuǎn)型過程中社會生活變化的重要工具,同時也為我們提供了一種敘事學(xué)上的研究方法。這種社會敘事的研究框架以參與主體、制度環(huán)境和關(guān)系秩序作為邏輯上遞進(jìn)的三要素。在自然空間、社會空間和歷史空間所組成的“三重空間”中建構(gòu)了具有明確的敘事對象、清楚的敘事線索和固定的敘事方式的關(guān)于市民社會的社會敘事研究框架。 由于“脫域機(jī)制”的存在,中國的網(wǎng)絡(luò)公共領(lǐng)域從公共領(lǐng)域中脫離出來成為一個相對獨(dú)立的域面。脫離出來的網(wǎng)絡(luò)公共領(lǐng)域依然具備有公共領(lǐng)域的一般特點,即：在這個域面之上有一群具有獨(dú)立思考精神的網(wǎng)民；網(wǎng)絡(luò)社交媒體的成熟保證了他們能夠進(jìn)行暢通的交流；而網(wǎng)絡(luò)公共領(lǐng)域形成的共識和公共輿論能夠作用于現(xiàn)實,并且改造現(xiàn)實。在全球的現(xiàn)代性視角中,中國的市民社會雖然沒有按照西方的經(jīng)典道路一步一步發(fā)展,但在“時間”和“空間”被置換的網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間找到了新的生長點。這樣的回歸分析,為生產(chǎn)敘事到生活敘事提供了一種可能性。 在市民社會理論下,以馬克思的社會敘事框架進(jìn)行現(xiàn)實檢查,首先討論了中國的網(wǎng)絡(luò)公共領(lǐng)域所發(fā)生的空間場所和邊界問題,而由網(wǎng)絡(luò)公共領(lǐng)域“自行事”所帶來的“自賦困境”與所在虛擬社區(qū)交互關(guān)系下的“他賦困境”共同帶來了中國網(wǎng)絡(luò)公共領(lǐng)域的表達(dá)悖論。由于私人領(lǐng)域與公共領(lǐng)域沒有形成明晰分界,“集市模式”的存在又使得市民社會在網(wǎng)絡(luò)時代面臨著“同質(zhì)相異”和“異質(zhì)趨同”的矛盾選擇,群體極化現(xiàn)象因為中國市民社會的先天不足和后天營養(yǎng)不良帶來了文明之外的話語暴力。文化墮距導(dǎo)致了制度的主流話語與網(wǎng)絡(luò)公共領(lǐng)域的流行話語成為對立的語言系統(tǒng),敘事的路徑依賴在媒介變化性和多樣性的變遷中也逐漸變化。媒介話語空間的流變也給網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化提供了多樣的選擇,從而生產(chǎn)化生活和生活化生產(chǎn)的具體敘事機(jī)制都在不斷地自我重新感知和適應(yīng)。 為了整理網(wǎng)絡(luò)公共領(lǐng)域社會敘事的邏輯,我們重新回到社會敘事研究框架下研究市民社會的幾個要素,即主體行為、制度環(huán)境和價值規(guī)范。并以它們?yōu)榛A(chǔ),借助鏡像理論,在案例中找尋理論的真實反映,找出中國網(wǎng)絡(luò)公共領(lǐng)域的現(xiàn)實問題,并對其原因進(jìn)行分析。 基于合乎邏輯的動力,我們希望在整理好的邏輯中獲取更實際的現(xiàn)實操作意義,即如何在中國網(wǎng)絡(luò)公共領(lǐng)域的治理中推進(jìn)中國的市民社會構(gòu)建。首先從社會敘事入手,發(fā)現(xiàn)市民社會理論的真理性；根據(jù)真理和實踐之間的關(guān)系推導(dǎo),探索市民社會理論的實踐意義。其次,在唯物史觀的視域下,從實踐中的人(中觀層面)、交往中的人(微觀層面)和歷史中的人(宏觀層面)來探討在通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)公共領(lǐng)域構(gòu)建中國市民社會的主體的行為、主體的社會化和主體的發(fā)展。最后,從技術(shù)操作、主體選擇和法治的精神三個維度來構(gòu)建中國市民社會的硬件基礎(chǔ)(發(fā)生場所)、主體的行為和行為所應(yīng)遵循的秩序。
