【摘要】：政治穩(wěn)定是一個(gè)比較廣闊的研究領(lǐng)域,近年來(lái),不同學(xué)科的專(zhuān)家學(xué)者從各自不同的學(xué)科角度出發(fā),針對(duì)中國(guó)廣大社會(huì)變化與變遷的方方面面,采取不同的研究方法與策略,對(duì)政治穩(wěn)定問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了大量的研究。中國(guó)的政治穩(wěn)定,制度因素的影響是十分明顯的,如政治制度、經(jīng)濟(jì)制度、社會(huì)制度等在保證政治穩(wěn)定的過(guò)程中都有著重要的影響。本文選取從制度層面出發(fā),對(duì)當(dāng)前中國(guó)的政治穩(wěn)定進(jìn)行研究。 論文旨在對(duì)政治穩(wěn)定問(wèn)題進(jìn)行全面、系統(tǒng)、深刻的把握,闡述了當(dāng)代中國(guó)政治穩(wěn)定的主要影響因素,通過(guò)對(duì)社會(huì)政治穩(wěn)定的實(shí)質(zhì)、根源、形式、目標(biāo)、根據(jù)、原則、形式等問(wèn)題進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的分析和研究,為人們提供一種構(gòu)建政治穩(wěn)定問(wèn)題的思維框架和實(shí)現(xiàn)政治穩(wěn)定的基本思路。同時(shí),本項(xiàng)目力圖在廣泛吸收和借鑒經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)、政治學(xué)等學(xué)科研究方法和研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,從總結(jié)現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程中政治穩(wěn)定歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)的視角來(lái)縱覽我國(guó)的現(xiàn)代化歷程,站在當(dāng)今世界和平與發(fā)展的時(shí)代高度來(lái)鳥(niǎo)瞰當(dāng)代政治穩(wěn)定的基本走向,從而達(dá)到對(duì)政治穩(wěn)定問(wèn)題的整體把握。構(gòu)建政治穩(wěn)定機(jī)制的路徑選擇論文提出了健全利益訴求機(jī)制、健全利益約束機(jī)制、健全利益調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)制、健全利益補(bǔ)償機(jī)機(jī)制、健全突發(fā)事件處置機(jī)制、健全網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體監(jiān)管機(jī)制等方法來(lái)構(gòu)建政治穩(wěn)定機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Political stability is a broad research field. In recent years, experts and scholars of different disciplines have adopted different research methods and strategies according to all aspects of social changes and changes in China. A great deal of research has been done on the issue of political stability. The influence of political stability and institutional factors in China is very obvious, such as political system, economic system, social system and so on, which have important influence in the process of ensuring political stability. This article chooses from the system aspect, carries on the research to the present China's political stability. The purpose of this paper is to have a comprehensive, systematic and profound grasp of the political stability in contemporary China, and to expound the main influencing factors of political stability in contemporary China. Through the analysis of the essence, the root cause, the form, the goal, the basis and the principle of social and political stability, Form and other issues are systematically analyzed and studied to provide people with a framework of thinking to construct political stability and a basic way of thinking to realize political stability. At the same time, on the basis of absorbing and drawing lessons from the research methods and achievements of economics, sociology, political science and other disciplines, this project tries to summarize the historical experience of political stability in the process of modernization. Standing at the height of world peace and development, we can get a bird's eye view of the basic trend of contemporary political stability, so as to grasp the whole problem of political stability. The thesis puts forward to perfect the mechanism of interest demand, the mechanism of interest restriction, the mechanism of interest regulation, the mechanism of interest compensation, and the mechanism of dealing with emergencies. Improve the network media supervision mechanism and other methods to build a political stability mechanism.
