【摘要】：文章認(rèn)為知識經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代激烈的綜合國力競爭,賦予了人才至關(guān)重要的地位。而馬克思主義創(chuàng)始人的理論寶庫中則蘊(yùn)含著豐富的人才思想,為科學(xué)人才觀提供了理論依據(jù)。在很大程度上有助于我國的人才強(qiáng)國戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施。
[Abstract]:The article thinks that the fierce competition of comprehensive national strength in the era of knowledge economy endows talents with a vital position. The theoretical treasure house of the founder of Marxism contains abundant talents thought, which provides the theoretical basis for the scientific talent view. To a great extent, it is helpful to the implementation of the strategy of strengthening the country by talents.
