【摘要】：階層關(guān)系一直都是學(xué)術(shù)界討論的重點(diǎn)話題。階層關(guān)系的好壞影響著我們社會(huì)的發(fā)展和穩(wěn)定。改革開放以來,伴隨著市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)和社會(huì)階層的不斷調(diào)整和逐漸分化,怎樣通過構(gòu)建和諧階層關(guān)系來促進(jìn)和諧社會(huì)發(fā)展,已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)前我國(guó)社會(huì)的重要議題。 本文試圖從政治資源的角度出發(fā),梳理出政治資源配置與社會(huì)階層關(guān)系的內(nèi)在邏輯聯(lián)系。分析政治資源的公平配置對(duì)于促進(jìn)當(dāng)前中國(guó)社會(huì)階層關(guān)系發(fā)展起到了怎樣的作用,并提出通過政治資源的優(yōu)化配置來促進(jìn)社會(huì)階層關(guān)系的和諧發(fā)展,達(dá)到構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)的目的。 隨著現(xiàn)代政治資源學(xué)的深入發(fā)展,許多國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者都對(duì)政治資源及政治資源配置做了研究和探討。本文在綜合了他們理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)政治資源及其配置的涵義、特征、目的及體系做了總結(jié),并且探討了政治資源公平配置下的階層關(guān)系狀況。當(dāng)今中國(guó)社會(huì)的階層關(guān)系呈現(xiàn)出復(fù)雜化、多樣化的特征。由于各階層獲取政治資源的能力差異、制度建設(shè)不完善、政治資源配置的變遷等原因引起的階層關(guān)系不和諧造成了和諧社會(huì)構(gòu)建過程中的困難。如何在政治資源配置的視角下構(gòu)建和諧的階層關(guān)系成為研究的重點(diǎn)。另一方面政治資源的合理配置能夠促進(jìn)階層關(guān)系的和諧。主要表現(xiàn)在它不僅能夠優(yōu)化社會(huì)階層結(jié)構(gòu),強(qiáng)化社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)彈性,還能優(yōu)化社會(huì)的流動(dòng)機(jī)制,促進(jìn)社會(huì)階層體系的開放,并且也能夠均衡社會(huì)階層之間的權(quán)力分配,從而化解社會(huì)矛盾。 政治資源的優(yōu)化配置,是促進(jìn)階層關(guān)系和諧,構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)的有力措施。所以我們必須重視政治資源的優(yōu)化配置,通過政治制度資源、政治權(quán)力資源、政治權(quán)利資源和政治文化資源的合理配置與使用來實(shí)現(xiàn)它。
[Abstract]:Stratum relationship has always been the focus of academic discussion. The quality of class relationship affects the development and stability of our society. Since the reform and opening up, along with the continuous development of the market economy, the social structure and social stratum constantly adjusted and gradually differentiated, how to build a harmonious stratum relationship to promote the development of a harmonious society, It has become an important topic in our society. From the angle of political resources, this paper tries to sort out the internal logical relationship between the allocation of political resources and the social stratum. This paper analyzes how the fair allocation of political resources plays a role in promoting the development of social stratum relations in China at present, and puts forward that the harmonious development of social stratum relations can be promoted by optimizing the allocation of political resources to achieve the goal of building a harmonious society. With the development of modern political resources, many scholars at home and abroad have studied and discussed the political resources and the allocation of political resources. On the basis of synthesizing their theoretical research, this paper summarizes the meaning, characteristics, purpose and system of political resources and their allocation, and probes into the status of stratum relations under the fair allocation of political resources. Nowadays, the social stratum relations in China show the characteristics of complexity and diversity. Due to the differences in the ability of each stratum to obtain political resources, the imperfect system construction and the changes in the allocation of political resources, the disharmony of stratum relations has caused difficulties in the process of constructing a harmonious society. How to construct a harmonious stratum relationship from the perspective of political resource allocation has become the focus of research. On the other hand, the rational allocation of political resources can promote the harmony of stratum relationship. It can not only optimize the social stratum structure, strengthen the elasticity of the social structure, but also optimize the social mobility mechanism, promote the opening of the social stratum system, and balance the distribution of power among the social strata. In order to resolve social contradictions. The optimal allocation of political resources is a powerful measure to promote the harmonious class relationship and build a harmonious society. Therefore, we must attach importance to the optimal allocation of political resources and realize it through the rational allocation and use of political system resources, political power resources, political rights resources and political cultural resources.
