【摘要】：毛澤東關(guān)于人才培養(yǎng)的思想是馬克思主義建黨育人學(xué)說(shuō)在中國(guó)革命實(shí)踐和建設(shè)中國(guó)化的理論成果，是毛澤東思想的重要組成部分。而井岡山時(shí)期，毛澤東依據(jù)我國(guó)當(dāng)時(shí)的國(guó)情，提出了很多具有啟示意義的人才培養(yǎng)思想，為井岡山斗爭(zhēng)的勝利奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的人才基礎(chǔ)，也為今后中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨完成偉大的新民主主義革命，取得了社會(huì)主義建設(shè)的巨大成就奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的人才基礎(chǔ)，同時(shí)對(duì)我們當(dāng)今社會(huì)人才培養(yǎng)的思想具有極其重要的啟示意義。今天，如何建設(shè)培養(yǎng)優(yōu)秀的接班人才，人才教育的根本原則和具體途徑也是當(dāng)代中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨面臨的艱巨挑戰(zhàn)和重大課題。本文將以馬克思主義為指導(dǎo)，從史論結(jié)合的角度，嘗試對(duì)井岡山革命時(shí)期黨建的理論構(gòu)建和實(shí)踐探索作比較系統(tǒng)地考察梳理，對(duì)那個(gè)時(shí)期人才培養(yǎng)的歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行回顧總結(jié)，并從中為今天的人才培養(yǎng)提供一些借鑒意義。 本文從三個(gè)方面對(duì)井岡山時(shí)期毛澤東人才培養(yǎng)思想進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的闡述，第一部分是對(duì)毛澤東人才培養(yǎng)思想的理論概述，，對(duì)毛澤東人才培養(yǎng)思想的歷史淵源,背景以及人才培養(yǎng)思想的內(nèi)容的做了探討和總結(jié)。第二部分探析了井岡山時(shí)期毛澤東人才培養(yǎng)的特點(diǎn)。第三部分通過(guò)對(duì)前兩部分的論述，得出了井岡山時(shí)期毛澤東的人才培育思想的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和對(duì)當(dāng)今社會(huì)人才思想的重要啟示。
[Abstract]:Mao Zedong's thought on the cultivation of talents is the theoretical achievement of Marxist theory of Party building and educating people in China's revolutionary practice and construction in China, and it is an important part of Mao Zedong's thought. In the Jinggangshan period, Mao Zedong put forward many enlightening thoughts on talent training according to the national conditions of our country at that time, which laid a solid talent foundation for the victory of the Jinggangshan struggle. It also lays a solid talent foundation for the Communist Party of China to complete the great new democratic revolution in the future and has made great achievements in socialist construction. At the same time, it has extremely important enlightenment significance to the thought of cultivating talents in our society today. Today, how to build and train excellent successors, the basic principles and specific ways of talent education are also the arduous challenges and major issues facing the contemporary CPC. Under the guidance of Marxism and from the angle of combining historical theory, this paper attempts to make a relatively systematic investigation on the theoretical construction and practical exploration of the Party building during the Jinggangshan Revolution period, and to review and summarize the historical experience of talent cultivation in that period. And from this for today's talent training to provide some reference significance. This article has carried on the systematic elaboration to the Mao Zedong talented person training thought from three aspects, the first part is to Mao Zedong talented person training thought theory summary, to Mao Zedong talented person training thought historical origin, The background and the content of talent training thought are discussed and summarized. The second part analyzes the characteristics of Mao Zedong talent training in Jinggangshan period. The third part discusses the former two parts and draws the realistic significance of Mao Zedong's thought of cultivating talents in Jinggangshan period and the important enlightenment to the thought of talents in the present society.
