【摘要】：世界上第一個社會主義國家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人列寧在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)蘇維埃俄國社會主義實踐的過程中,形成和提出了和平共處的理論,其內(nèi)容包括和平共處的基本出發(fā)點是主權(quán)獨立和經(jīng)濟互利,決定性力量為經(jīng)濟競賽,動態(tài)辯證法則表現(xiàn)為“以斗爭求生存,以生存求發(fā)展”,最終戰(zhàn)略目的是積累戰(zhàn)勝資本主義的物質(zhì)力量。鄧小平創(chuàng)造性地運用了和平共處五項原則,以此為依托發(fā)展了列寧和平共處的理論,先后提出以五項原則建立國際新秩序、發(fā)展國家間關(guān)系、處理黨際關(guān)系和解決國際爭端等思想。江澤民提出的新安全觀也豐富了和平共處理論,新安全觀體系中集“政治安全、經(jīng)濟安全、國防安全和科技信息安全”為一體的綜合安全觀和“八項主張”都是對列寧和平共處理論的新發(fā)展。胡錦濤在前人基礎(chǔ)上,提出的“建設(shè)‘和諧世界’”的理念更進一步發(fā)展了列寧和平共處理論,由于他的大力宣傳和實踐努力,真正和平共處的國家關(guān)系、地區(qū)環(huán)境和國際秩序正加快實現(xiàn)。

Deng Xiaoping creatively applied the five principles of peaceful coexistence, developed Lenin's theory of peaceful coexistence on this basis, and successively proposed the establishment of a new international order and the development of inter-state relations on the basis of the five principles. Handling inter-party relations and resolving international disputes, etc. The new security concept put forward by Jiang Zemin has also enriched the theory of peaceful coexistence. The new security concept system contains "political security, economic security," The comprehensive security concept of national defense security and scientific and technological information security and the eight-point proposition are both new developments to Lenin's theory of peaceful coexistence. The concept of "building a 'harmonious world'" put forward by Hu Jintao on the basis of his predecessors has further developed Lenin's theory of peaceful coexistence. Regional environment and international order are accelerating.
