【摘要】：黨的執(zhí)政文化建設(shè)與執(zhí)政生態(tài)環(huán)境緊密關(guān)聯(lián),經(jīng)濟(jì)體制轉(zhuǎn)型、社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)變遷、社會(huì)意識(shí)形態(tài)多元以及執(zhí)政生態(tài)環(huán)境的歷史嬗變,使黨的執(zhí)政文化建設(shè)在時(shí)空轉(zhuǎn)換中面臨復(fù)雜的境遇、矛盾和挑戰(zhàn)。只有深刻把握新時(shí)期黨的執(zhí)政文化建設(shè)環(huán)境變遷的特點(diǎn)、問(wèn)題及規(guī)避路徑,才能保持黨在文化上的先進(jìn)性,防止和抵制各種不良現(xiàn)象和文化思潮對(duì)黨的腐蝕和影響。
[Abstract]:The construction of the Party's ruling culture is closely related to the governing ecological environment, the transformation of the economic system, the change of social structure, the diversity of social ideology and the historical evolution of the ruling ecological environment. The Party's ruling culture construction is faced with complicated circumstances, contradictions and challenges in the transformation of time and space. Only by deeply grasping the characteristics, problems and evading paths of the environmental changes of the Party's ruling culture construction in the new period can we maintain the advanced nature of the Party's culture and prevent and resist the corrosion and influence of all kinds of undesirable phenomena and cultural trends on the Party.
