【摘要】：蘭州市東川鎮(zhèn)"線上線下"工作法主要包括線上"2471"四級(jí)信息服務(wù)系統(tǒng)、線下"4+7"民情分類辦理系統(tǒng)和線上線下虛實(shí)打通"兩結(jié)合"這三個(gè)關(guān)鍵內(nèi)容,體現(xiàn)了"四指"線上服務(wù)、"三方"線下整合、"兩結(jié)"臺(tái)點(diǎn)互通三個(gè)主要特點(diǎn)。這使我們認(rèn)識(shí)到黨群關(guān)系要固守為民思想、創(chuàng)新服務(wù)模式,線上線下要實(shí)現(xiàn)無(wú)縫對(duì)接、固化工作流程。
[Abstract]:The working method of "online and offline" in Dongchuan Town, Lanzhou City mainly includes three key contents: online "2471" four-level information service system, offline "47" classified handling system of people's situation and "two combinations" between online and offline virtual reality. It embodies the three main features of "four fingers" online service, "tripartite" line integration and "two junction" station point interworking. This makes us realize that the relationship between the Party and the masses should stick to the thought of serving the people, innovate the service mode, realize the seamless docking between the line and the line, and solidify the work flow.
