鄧小平的社會建設(shè)思想研究

【摘要】：隨著社會建設(shè)在我國自覺和全面地展開,我國社會建設(shè)的理論研究也走向了一個新階段,在社會建設(shè)概念、內(nèi)容、地位、基本原則、思想演變等方面形成了豐富的研究成果。但是,對于“鄧小平的社會建設(shè)思想”這個問題,已有的研究還比較薄弱。以此為切入點,本研究采用了文獻(xiàn)研究、專題分類與比較研究相統(tǒng)一的方法,在對馬克思、恩格斯、毛澤東的社會建設(shè)思想進(jìn)行提煉概括的基礎(chǔ)上,著重對鄧小平社會建設(shè)的基本理念、具體內(nèi)容及其歷史地位進(jìn)行了比較全面的總結(jié)和反思。 本研究認(rèn)為,雖然在以鄧小平為核心的黨中央時期,“社會建設(shè)”并未上升為與經(jīng)濟建設(shè)、政治建設(shè)、文化建設(shè)相并列的一個獨立的發(fā)展領(lǐng)域,但是,鄧小平在他的文章、談話、實踐中已經(jīng)形成了比較系統(tǒng)的社會建設(shè)思想,而且對馬克思、恩格斯、毛澤東的社會建設(shè)思想有所發(fā)展。這主要表現(xiàn)在以下幾方面：在社會建設(shè)出發(fā)點上,提出了社會主義初級階段和社會主義市場經(jīng)濟體制理論；在社會建設(shè)目標(biāo)上,確立了“三個有利于”標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；在社會建設(shè)主體上,提出要形成多元主體并存的新格局；在社會建設(shè)內(nèi)容上,提出了關(guān)于教育、就業(yè)、醫(yī)療、收入分配、社會保障、社會管理等一系列方針與政策�？梢哉f,在中國社會建設(shè)理論發(fā)展史上,鄧小平的社會建設(shè)思想已構(gòu)成了中國特色社會主義的社會建設(shè)理論的基礎(chǔ)。 中國共產(chǎn)黨的十七大報告不僅明確提出了以改善民生為重點的社會建設(shè)內(nèi)容,系統(tǒng)闡述了中國特色社會主義的社會建設(shè)理論體系,而且特別強調(diào),必須在經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)上,更加注重社會建設(shè)。而我們要全面理解科學(xué)發(fā)展觀,深入把握中國特色社會主義的社會建設(shè)理論,使中國的社會建設(shè)健康順利進(jìn)行,就必須深入挖掘鄧小平的社會建設(shè)思想,科學(xué)把握鄧小平社會建設(shè)思想的根本原則和基本觀點。
[Abstract]:With the development of social construction in our country consciously and comprehensively, the theoretical research of social construction in our country has also moved to a new stage, and has formed rich research results in the concept, content, status, basic principles and ideological evolution of social construction. However, for Deng Xiaoping's thought of social construction, the existing research is relatively weak. As a starting point, this study adopts the methods of literature research, thematic classification and comparative study, and summarizes Marx, Engels and Mao Zedong's thoughts on social construction on the basis of refining and generalizing the social construction thoughts of Marx, Engels and Mao Zedong. The basic idea, concrete content and historical status of Deng Xiaoping's social construction are summarized and introspected comprehensively. This study holds that, although "social construction" did not rise to an independent field of development alongside economic construction, political construction and cultural construction in the period of the Party Central Committee with Deng Xiaoping as the core, however, in his article, Deng Xiaoping, Talk, practice has formed a more systematic social construction thought, and Marx, Engels, Mao Zedong's social construction thought has developed. This is mainly manifested in the following aspects: on the starting point of social construction, the author puts forward the theory of socialist primary stage and socialist market economy system, establishes "three favorable" standards in social construction goal; On the subject of social construction, a new pattern of coexistence of multiple subjects is put forward, and a series of principles and policies on education, employment, medical treatment, income distribution, social security and social management are put forward in the content of social construction. It can be said that in the history of the development of Chinese social construction theory, Deng Xiaoping's social construction thought has formed the foundation of the social construction theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The report of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China not only explicitly put forward the contents of social construction focusing on improving the people's livelihood, but also systematically expounded the theoretical system of social construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and especially stressed that it must be based on economic development. Pay more attention to social construction. In order to fully understand the scientific concept of development, grasp the social construction theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and make the social construction of China healthy and smooth, we must dig deeply into Deng Xiaoping's thoughts on social construction.
