【摘要】：上世紀(jì)八十年代末九十年代初，世界風(fēng)云變幻莫測，蘇聯(lián)解體、東歐劇變導(dǎo)致國際共產(chǎn)主義運動陷入低潮。國內(nèi)各種思潮相互碰撞，傳統(tǒng)的思想觀念嚴(yán)重阻礙了我國的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和社會進步。在這種背景下1992年鄧小平進行了南巡，在南巡過程中，他立足我國國情提出許多著名的論斷，解放了國民的思想，，使我國的社會主義建設(shè)重新回到了正軌。 本文通過三部分內(nèi)容詳細(xì)闡述了鄧小平南方講話對我國建設(shè)中國特色社會主義的深遠(yuǎn)意義。首先，論述了南方講話發(fā)生的背景環(huán)境和主要內(nèi)容。從鄧小平南方講話發(fā)生的背景入手，論述了當(dāng)時國內(nèi)外的具體環(huán)境，突出了南方講話的迫切性；之后從經(jīng)濟、政治、思想方面對南方講話中鄧小平提出的一系列著名論斷加以闡釋。其次，論述了鄧小平南方講話的歷史意義。這一部分從南方講話是解放思想實事求是的宣言書、南方講話是解放思想這一法寶的生動體現(xiàn)、南方講話是中國特色社會主義發(fā)展史上的一座里程碑三個方面著手闡述了南方講話的思想解放作用。最后，論述了南方講話具有的現(xiàn)實意義。本章內(nèi)容從科學(xué)發(fā)展觀、和諧社會的構(gòu)建、社會主義精神文明的發(fā)展以及“中國夢”的實現(xiàn)四部分論述了現(xiàn)階段黨對我國的社會主義建設(shè)是在繼承、發(fā)展鄧小平的有關(guān)思想的前提下進行的，并且在實踐中不斷推進中國特色社會主義事業(yè)的前進。
[Abstract]:In the late 1980s and early 1990s, the world became unpredictable, the Soviet Union broke up, and the dramatic changes in Eastern Europe brought the international communist movement to a low ebb. All kinds of thoughts in China collide with each other, and traditional ideas seriously hinder the economic development and social progress of our country. Under this background, Deng Xiaoping carried out the Southern Patrol in 1992. In the course of the Southern Patrol, he put forward many famous judgments based on the national conditions of our country, liberated the people's thought, and made the socialist construction of our country return to the right track. This paper expounds in detail the profound significance of Deng Xiaoping's southern speech to China's construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics through three parts. First of all, it discusses the background and main contents of the South speech. Starting with the background of the Deng Xiaoping speech in the south, this paper discusses the specific environment at home and abroad at that time, and highlights the urgency of the speech in the south. In the aspect of thought, a series of famous theories put forward by Deng Xiaoping in the speech of South China are explained. Secondly, it discusses the historical significance of Deng Xiaoping's southern speech. This part of the speech from the South is a declaration of emancipating the mind and seeking truth from facts, and the speech of the South is a vivid embodiment of the magic weapon of emancipating the mind. The Southern speech is a milestone in the history of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Finally, the paper discusses the practical significance of the speech in the south. This chapter discusses that the Party is inheriting from the view of scientific development, the construction of harmonious society, the development of socialist spiritual civilization and the realization of "Chinese Dream". Under the premise of the development of Deng Xiaoping, and in practice to promote the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
