列寧早期黨的宣傳工作思想研究

【摘要】：經典作家的宣傳思想是馬克思主義理論的重要組成部分。馬克思恩格斯在革命中將宣傳活動與斗爭實踐緊密結合,確立了無產階級政黨宣傳的基本原則,開啟了共產主義宣傳的新時代。列寧作為馬克思恩格斯宣傳思想的傳承者和發(fā)揚者,領導了俄國資產階級革命及社會主義革命與建設時期的宣傳工作,提出和解答了馬恩時代不可能提出的問題,從而發(fā)展了馬克思、恩格斯的宣傳思想,奠定了社會主義時期無產階級黨的宣傳思想工作的基礎。列寧的宣傳活動是貫穿其革命實踐始終的。列寧早期的宣傳思想,不論是對于列寧一生的宣傳理論和實踐而言,還是對于俄國無產階級黨的宣傳活動而言,都具有十分重要的意義。對列寧早期黨的宣傳工作思想的研究,重在把握其主要內容,梳理其形成發(fā)展脈絡,凝練其原則和方法,以為今天無產階級黨的宣傳工作提供借鑒和依據。本文深入研究了列寧早期關于黨的宣傳工作的系統(tǒng)論述,梳理其形成與發(fā)展的基本脈絡,提出列寧早期黨的宣傳工作思想發(fā)展的三次突破,即:從小組內的馬克思主義宣傳到群眾性的政治鼓動,從狹隘的地方性宣傳到統(tǒng)一的有計劃的政黨宣傳,從群眾性的日常宣傳鼓動到“利用偉大革命事變的實際教材”。文章重點研究了《火星報》時期、1905年革命前后列寧黨的宣傳工作思想的主要內容。在《火星報》時期,黨的宣傳工作的重點是與“經濟派”進行堅決的斗爭從而奠定黨的思想基礎;把社會主義思想和政治自覺性灌輸?shù)綗o產階級群眾中去;創(chuàng)辦地方代辦員網以鞏固和擴大宣傳員隊伍。1905年革命前后,列寧主要闡述了黨內宣傳應堅持討論自由行動一致的原則,并論證了在革命中宣傳與農民、革命民主派聯(lián)合的重要意義,提出根據革命形勢的發(fā)展轉變宣傳思路,圍繞武裝起義進行有效的宣傳工作。文章凝練了列寧早期關于黨的宣傳工作的黨性、人民性、針對性等主要原則,以及有效利用多樣化宣傳媒介、充分利用實際生活提供的現(xiàn)實材料、合理利用選舉運動和杜馬講壇等進行宣傳的方式方法。新形勢下,如何宣傳中國特色社會主義建設成果和黨的戰(zhàn)略任務,也成為黨的宣傳工作者必須面對的重大問題,歷史要求我們用正確的宣傳理論作指導。作為代表著廣大人民根本利益的無產階級政黨的宣傳思想工作,應始終堅持馬克思主義的指導,始終堅決維護黨的領導,始終堅持以人民為中心的工作導向,始終服務于黨的工作全局。結合列寧早期黨的宣傳工作思想與實踐,不斷探索新時期列寧黨的宣傳工作思想的當代價值,有利于增強黨的宣傳工作的理論基礎,為推動大眾輿論時代無產階級政黨宣傳工作的現(xiàn)代化發(fā)揮積極作用。
[Abstract]:The propaganda thought of classical writers is an important part of Marxist theory. Marx and Engels closely combined propaganda activities with struggle practice in the revolution, established the basic principles of proletarian party propaganda, and opened a new era of communist propaganda. Lenin, as the inheritor and developer of Marx and Engels' propaganda thought, led the propaganda work during the period of Russian bourgeois revolution and socialist revolution and construction, and put forward and answered the questions that could not be raised in the Marn era. Thus developed Marx and Engels' propaganda thought and laid the foundation of proletarian Party's propaganda and ideological work in socialist period. Lenin's propaganda activities run through his revolutionary practice. Lenin's early propaganda thought, not only for Lenin's propaganda theory and practice, but also for Russian proletarian Party's propaganda activities, is of great significance. The study of Lenin's early Party propaganda thought is focused on grasping its main contents, combing its developing context, condensing its principles and methods, and providing reference and basis for the proletarian party's propaganda work today. This paper deeply studies Lenin's early systematic exposition on the propaganda work of the Party, combs the basic thread of its formation and development, and puts forward three breakthroughs in the development of Lenin's early Party propaganda work. That is, from Marxist propaganda in the group to mass political agitation, from narrow local propaganda to unified planned political party propaganda, from mass daily propaganda to the practical teaching material of making use of great revolutionary affairs. This paper focuses on the main contents of Lenin's Party's propaganda work during the Martian newspaper period and before and after the 1905 revolution. During the period of the Martian newspaper, the focus of the Party's propaganda work was to wage a resolute struggle against the "economic school" in order to lay the Party's ideological foundation, to instil socialist ideology and political consciousness among the proletarian masses; Set up a network of local agents to consolidate and expand the ranks of propagandists. Before and after the 1905 revolution, Lenin mainly expounded the principle that inner-party propaganda should adhere to the principle of consistency in discussing freedom of action and demonstrated that propaganda and peasants should be propagated during the revolution. The important significance of the unity of revolutionary Democrats is put forward. According to the development of the revolutionary situation, the propaganda ideas should be changed, and the effective propaganda work should be carried out around the armed uprisings. The article condenses the main principles of Lenin's early propaganda work, such as party spirit, people's character and pertinence, as well as the effective use of diversified propaganda media to make full use of the realistic materials provided by real life. Reasonable use of the election campaign and the Duma platform for propaganda ways and means. Under the new situation, how to propagate the achievements of socialist construction with Chinese characteristics and the strategic task of the Party has also become a major problem that the Party's propagandists must face, and history requires us to use correct propaganda theory as the guide. As a proletarian party representing the fundamental interests of the broad masses of the people, the propaganda and ideological work of the proletarian party should always adhere to the guidance of Marxism, resolutely uphold the leadership of the party, and always adhere to the work orientation of taking the people as the center. Always serve the overall situation of the Party's work. In combination with Lenin's early Party propaganda thought and practice, the contemporary value of Lenin's propaganda work in the new period is constantly explored, which is conducive to strengthening the theoretical basis of the Party's propaganda work.
