【摘要】：劉少奇作為中國共產(chǎn)黨第一代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體的杰出領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人之一，非常重視黨的建設(shè)與發(fā)展，尤其在黨的作風(fēng)建設(shè)方面多有建樹。他把馬克思主義政黨建設(shè)的理論與中國共產(chǎn)黨作風(fēng)建設(shè)的實(shí)際相結(jié)合，，并在黨的歷次整黨整風(fēng)運(yùn)動(dòng)的實(shí)踐中加以檢驗(yàn)。 劉少奇的整黨整風(fēng)思想貫穿于他關(guān)于黨的作風(fēng)建設(shè)的理論之中，其主要內(nèi)容體現(xiàn)在以下四個(gè)方面：第一，加強(qiáng)馬克思主義理論學(xué)習(xí)；第二，加強(qiáng)黨性修養(yǎng)和黨性鍛煉；第三，正確開展黨內(nèi)斗爭；第四，密切聯(lián)系群眾，堅(jiān)持民主集中制。劉少奇的整黨整風(fēng)思想不僅有豐富的思想內(nèi)容，而且具有重要的歷史價(jià)值。首先，有的放矢地解決黨內(nèi)存在的問題；其次，科學(xué)的總結(jié)了黨的群眾工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；再次，豐富了毛澤東思想中關(guān)于黨的建設(shè)的理論。劉少奇的整黨整風(fēng)思想在中國共產(chǎn)黨的建設(shè)史上有著不容忽視的地位，即使對于今天黨的作風(fēng)建設(shè)也具有重要的借鑒意義。從劉少奇整黨整風(fēng)的內(nèi)容和價(jià)值中可以總結(jié)出對當(dāng)前黨的作風(fēng)建設(shè)的啟示，主要表現(xiàn)在以下四個(gè)方面：第一，強(qiáng)化黨員干部的無產(chǎn)階級執(zhí)政意識；第二，強(qiáng)化黨員干部的黨性鍛煉與黨性修養(yǎng)；第三，正確運(yùn)用權(quán)力為群眾謀利益；第四，形成權(quán)力監(jiān)督的長效機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:As one of the outstanding leaders of the first generation of the Communist Party of China (CPC), Liu Shaoqi attaches great importance to the construction and development of the Party, especially in the construction of the Party's style of work. He combined the theory of Marxist party construction with the reality of the construction of the style of the Communist Party of China, and tested it in the practice of the Party's previous rectification movement. Liu Shaoqi's Party rectification thought runs through his theory on the construction of the Party's style of work. Its main contents are as follows: first, strengthening the study of Marxist theory; second, strengthening party spirit cultivation and training; third, Carry out inner-party struggle correctly; fourth, keep in close touch with the masses and adhere to democratic centralism. Liu Shaoqi's Party rectification thought not only has rich ideological content, but also has important historical value. First of all, to solve the problems within the party; secondly, to sum up the experience of the mass work of the party scientifically; thirdly, to enrich the theory of party building in Mao Zedong thought. Liu Shaoqi's Party rectification thought plays an important role in the construction history of the Communist Party of China, even though it is of great significance to the construction of the Party's style of work today. From the content and value of the Party rectification movement of Liu Shaoqi, we can sum up the enlightenment to the construction of the Party's style of work, mainly in the following four aspects: first, to strengthen the proletarian ruling consciousness of the Party members and cadres; second, to strengthen the proletarian ruling consciousness of the party members and cadres; Strengthen the party spirit training and party spirit cultivation of party members and cadres; third, correctly use power for the benefit of the masses; fourth, form a long-term mechanism of power supervision.
