【摘要】：隨著改革開放的不斷深入和發(fā)展,我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展又一次進(jìn)入到了一個(gè)歷史新時(shí)期、新階段,而在新的歷史條件下,黨在人們的心目中更是占有著重要的地位。從中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨成立的那天起,就始終堅(jiān)持全心全意為人民服務(wù)的宗旨,黨的群眾路線也始終從未動(dòng)搖過,這是充分發(fā)揮黨的先進(jìn)性的重要體現(xiàn)。黨組織作為黨履行其職責(zé)義務(wù)的基本組織,在基層管理中占據(jù)了重要的地位,發(fā)揮了重要的作用,在全面建成小康社會(huì)和和諧社會(huì)的今天,從群眾中來,到群眾中去,一切為了群眾,一切依靠群眾等都將成為黨組織做好基層群眾工作的出發(fā)點(diǎn)和立足點(diǎn),為人民服務(wù)就必須始終堅(jiān)持和貫徹黨的群眾路線。在這種背景下,對(duì)于新形勢(shì)下貫徹黨的群眾路線的新要求進(jìn)行研究和分析具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:With the continuous deepening and development of the reform and opening up, the economic and social development of our country has entered a new historical period and a new stage. Under the new historical conditions, the party occupies an important position in the eyes of the people. From the day of the founding of the Communist Party of China, the party has always adhered to the purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly. The mass line has never been shaken, which is an important embodiment of the full play of the party's advanced nature. As the basic organization for the party to perform its duty and duty, the party organization plays an important role in the management of the grass-roots level and plays an important role. In the present day of building a well-off society and a harmonious society, the party organization will come from the masses to the masses. For the masses, it will be the starting point and foothold of the party organization to do a good job at the grass-roots level. For the people to serve the people, it must always adhere to and carry out the party's mass line. In this context, it is of great practical significance to study and analyze the new requirements of the party's mass line under the new situation.
