【摘要】："四個全面"戰(zhàn)略布局落實到基層,是黨的思想路線、群眾路線的根本要求,也是習(xí)近平總書記治國理政思想的根本體現(xiàn)�；鶎釉诼鋵�"四個全面"過程中基于自身利益,可能會出現(xiàn)若干問題,即敷衍落實、選擇落實、歪曲落實、錯誤落實等情況。出現(xiàn)這些問題的原因除了一般性因素外,還可能因為對黨的十八大精神與"四個全面"關(guān)系理解不清、認(rèn)識不深等因素�；鶎右鋵嵑�"四個全面",必須認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)"四個全面"的精神實質(zhì),制定切實可行的細(xì)致方案,加強監(jiān)督檢查,深化干部制度改革。

Besides general factors, the causes of these problems may also be due to the unclear understanding and understanding of the relationship between the spirit of the 18th National Congress of the Party and the "four All-round".
